地质资源的开发与保护问题

地质资源包招矿产资源、地质旅游资源、土地资源和地下水资源，是人类生产和生活资料的基本源泉，是国民经济和杜合发展的物质基础．地质资源是有限的，人类开发利用地质资源应遵循适宜、适度、综合性开发和保护性开发的原则，否则将合破坏地质环境，甚至形成地质灾害，直接影响经济和社会的可持续发展．因此，保护地质环境是关系到人类和社会发展的一项重要工作，它必须采用法律、行政、经济等手段予以保证。

DEVELOPMENT AND PROTECTION OF GEOLOGICAL RESOURCES

Geological resources, including mineral resources, geological tour resources, land resources and groundwater resources, are the elemental headspring of human being production and existence, and material foundation of national economy and social development. Because of limited geological environmental resources, exploitation of these resources should follow the moderate, proper, comprehensive and protective principles, otherwise geological disaster will occur, and sustainable development of economy and society be affected directly. Therefore, it is an important task that connects the development of human being and society to protect geological environment. Law, administration and economy etc. means should be implemented to safeguard the environment.
