| 摘 要： | WebGIS作为网络技术和GIS技术的结合点，在近几年得到了飞速的发展和应用。WebServices的出现，彻底改变了在Web上进行软件设计的方法，也引起了WebGIS实现体系的变革。阐述了GIS Web Services的理论和体系以及利用Web Services技术提供地理服务的方式，并结合具体应用实例，提出了具体的GIS Web Services应用模型。实践证明，该模型是可行的。

| Abstract: | As a conjunction of Internet technology and GIS technology, WebGIS has developed quickly in recent years. The emergence of Web Services changes the design mode. The article expounds the theory and architecture of Web Services, and gives a new model of GIS Web Services, which is tested by a material application. |
