通过研究国内外城市区域以及兰州-西宁城市区域发展现状,认为行政区经济、产业结构趋同、交通通达度不高是制约城市区域空间整合发展的主要因素,并指出兰州-西宁城市区域空间整合发展的客观必然性.在此基础上,提出城市区域空间整合发展战略构想.具体包括构建"两心、三轴"城市区域空间结构,城市区域优势产业分布新格局,以点轴开发模式构建城镇一体化发展的空间网络结构.最后,提出了兰州-西宁城市区域空间整合发展的战略措施,包括实施空间与产业双重整合;构建网络化基础设施体系;确立城市区域空间整合发展的战略意识;促进区域统一市场的形成.

The Strategic Plot for Spatial Integration of Lanzhou and Xining City Region
