物探方法在研究三峡库区滑坡中的应用前景

PROSPECTS FOR APPLICATION OF GEOPHYSICAL METHODS TO THE STUDY OF LANDSLIDES IN THE RESERVIOR AREA OF THE THREE GORGES

This paper introduces the geological-geophysical characteristics of landslides.It is shown that the distribution of geophysical properties in landslides and the geophysical anomalies due to them are distinct from those in stable slopes,thus providing a good geological-geophysical prerequisite for studying landslides with geophysical methods.The paper also introduces the application of geophysical methods to the study of landslides.It is shown that geophysical methods can be successfully used to study the condition of engineering geology of landslides and to forecast landslides.Finally,the paper discusses the necessity and possibility of application of geophysical methods to the study of landslides in the reservior area of the Three Gorges. Because the amount of landslides in the area is large,the task of studying landslides is pressing and most of landslides in the area are suitable of being detected by geophysical methods, the application of geophysical methods to detection of landslides is not only necessary but also possible.The prospects for the application of geophysical methods to the detection of landslides in the reservior area of the Three Gorges are brilliant.
