浅谈小型地震台加强管理深化改革的体会

以山西省地震局灵丘地震台为例，叙述了实行项目管理、目标管理、计划管理和考核管理四位一体管理方法所取得的经验，证明这一方法在小型地震台施行管理、进行深化改革是可行的。

Humble Opinion on Strengthening Management and Deepening Reformation of Simplified Seismostation

For the example of Lingqiu seismostation of Seismological Bureau of Shanxi, author introduced the experience from the management method performance of combining item, object, plan and check , and proved that this method is efficent to carryingout management and to deepening reformation in simplified seismostation.
