闽江河口秋茄湿地土壤腐殖质组成及剖面分布特征

摘    要:以闽江河口秋茄湿地土壤为研究对象,研究了土壤腐殖质组成和剖面分布特征,并探讨了土壤腐殖质组成与土壤理化因子的关系。结果表明,秋茄湿地土壤腐殖质的组成中,胡敏酸占有机碳变化范围为6%~18%,富里酸占有机碳变化范围为15%~34%,闽江河口秋茄湿地土壤为富里酸型土壤。土壤胡敏酸和胡敏素含量随深度增加而波动降低;富里酸表层的含量最低,中间层最高。表层的HA/FA最高,中间层最低。土壤理化性质中,pH值、有机碳含量、粘粒含量、氮含量与土壤腐殖质分布有显著线性相关关系。

Abstract:The paper studied the composition and profile distribution of soil humus in the Kandelia candel wetlands of Min river estuary.Correlation between soil humus and soil physical-chemical factors were also discussed.The results showed that contents of humic acid(HA)in total soil organic carbon(SOC)varied from 6% to 18%,and contents of fulvic acid(FA)in SOC varied from 15% to 34%,which indicated that soil of Kandelia candel wetlands in Min river estuary belongs to fulvic acid type.Contents of soil HA and humins fluctuation decreased with increasing depth.The lowest value of FA was in the surface soil layer and the highest was in the intermediate soil layer,but profile distribution characters of soil HA/FA was opposite to soil FA.In those soil physical-chemical factors,pH,SOC,clay and nitrogen content were closely linearly correlated with the soil humus.
