| 摘 要： | 本文通过对MIF中实体数据存储规则的分析和对坐标转换方法的研究,提出了直接对MIF文件操作而完成图件转换功能的方法,并结合具体的工程项目编写了相应的图件转换程序。经过测试,其能实现图件地方独立系与WGS84坐标系之间的转换,确保了图形转换后的拓扑关系不发生变化。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the storing rules of MIF entity data and the study on the coordinate transformation method,the paper proposed a method to operate directly the MIF file for graphic conversion,and made a conversion programme combined with specific projects.The test result showed that it could achieve the conversion between independent local system and WGS84 coordinate system with ensuring the conform topologic relationship of graphics after the conversion. |
