广西1999年12月严重霜冻与典型霜冻重年的环流对比分析

摘    要:通过对1999年12月广西严重霜冻天气同期500hPa高度场和海平面气压场特征及前期500 hPa高度的相关场分析,得到北半球中高纬度槽脊的位置与强度,地面大陆冷高压强弱,是影响广西12月霜冻的主要环流形势;当年1月、9月极涡强度、位置,北美高压脊强度,及黑海附近低槽强弱,是影响广西12月霜冻天气重、轻的重要因子。

Abstract:The comparatively serious frostbite weather occurred in December, 1999 in Guangxi, and the year of 1999 is a year with the maximum temperature drop and most frost days since 1975. The analysis of the characteristics of 500hPa height field and sea level air pressure field in the same period and the relative field of 500hPa height in prior period shows that the strength and location of middle and high latitude land in Northern hemisphere and the strength of ground cold anticyclone are the main circulation situations influencing the frostbite in December of Guangxi. The strength and location of polar vortex in January and September, the strength of North America pressure ridge and the strength of low groove near Black Sea are the important influencing factors of the frostbite in December of Guangxi.
