摘    要:系统培训是增加企业人力资本存量、提升企业核心竞争力重要的手段之一。因此,越来越多的企业将培训放到重要的位置上,整合组织的内外部资源进行有效的培训。将非核心培训项目外包,既利用外包供应商的专业水平和成本优势,又使企业人力资源部能专注于提升核心竞争力的活动。

Abstract:Systematic training program contributes notable value to increase of human capital stores amounts and enhancement of enterprise's core competence.Then more and more enterprises put training on important position,and integrate inner and exterior resources into this intelligence investment.Non-core training program outsourcing can not only take advantages of suppliers professional knowledge and purchase scale,but also make enterprise's human resource department concentrate on improve the core competence.
