摘    要:
本文以低高原城市昆明市为厂家对象,利用城市区域内上气候观测资料,定量地分析了城市区域内不同下垫面的有效辐射特征、变化规律,得到了一些有益的结果,中可为探讨城市区域辐射状况,城市气候形成机制及城市气候的深入研究提供依据。并可为其它地区的研究提供参考。

Abstract:
The microclimatic observation was conducted at different surface in the urban of Kunming City of P. R. China. The net long wave radiation was calculated by the observation data.The main results obtained in this paper are summarized as follows:1. In the urban,the variation of the net long wave radiation is gentle in the morning,butin the afternoon that is outstanding.2. The variations of the net long wave radiation have considerably effected by surface nature and its position. In the daytime,on the rooftop (the ratio of sky is the best),the net longwave radiations are larger than the ground central. On the road (the ratio of sky is theleast),the net long wave radiations are lower than the ground central. The difference of thenet long wave radiations on the grass and the ground central varys with time.3. The values and variations of the net long wave radiation varys with time.
