| 摘 要： | 桩头缺陷是常见和严重的钢筋混凝土钻孔灌注桩质量问题。通过实例,介绍“下剔桩头到强度达标的混凝土面，然后用比桩身强度高一级的混凝土扩径接桩到设计标高”的桩头置换方法。该方法可以快速有效地处理大部分桩头缺陷的问题。
