| 摘 要： | 第三次国土调查是中国特色社会主义进入新时代后的第一次重大国情国力调查,是摸清我国自然资源基础家底的一次重要行动,具有十分重要的意义。我省为严格把控第三次国土调查质量,创新工作举措。利用不动产1:2000基础数据制作国土调查初始库;引入监理机制,终身责任制等新举措,优化省级核查中技术路线,在第三次国土调查工作中的应用取得明显成效。

| Abstract: | The third national land survey is the first major survey of national conditions and national strength after socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era.It is an important action to find out the foundation of China's natural resources,which is of great significance.I province to strictly control the quality of the third land survey,innovation work measures.Using the 1:2000 basic data of real estate to make the initial database of land survey;The introduction of supervision mechanism,lifetime responsibility system and other advanced technical methods to optimize the technical route of provincial inspection,the application of the third land survey work has achieved obvious results. |
