摘    要:针对现今海洋平台安全评价中存在的仅靠主观臆断选取专家的缺陷,在定义最优专家的基础上,采用熵度量各专家给出评价结果的不确定性及专家与最优专家的差异,建立了基于熵的专家评定模型。海洋平台装船过程安全评价中,对专家的评定实例表明,该模型计算简单,意义明确,对海洋平台安全评价具有重要的理论与现实意义。

Abstract:In view of the shortcoming of safety assessment of offshore platforms,in which the specialists are selected by the decision maker subjectively,a model of specialist assessment based on entropy is set up.The entropy is employed to measure the difference between every specialist and the most optimal specialist.The most optimal specialist refers to the average level of the specialist group.The entropy is also used to measure the uncertainty of the scores given by every specialist.The application results in specialist selection for safety assessment of packet loadout show the efficiency of the mode.The work has significant meaning in theory and practice for safety assessment of offshore platforms.
