河南省低碳农业发展存在问题及对策研究

农业作为国民经济的基础产业,是温室气体的主要来源,同时又受到温室效应的严重影响。低碳农业以其低投入、低能耗、低污染的产业特性及稳产、优质、高效的发展理念,成为应对气候变化以及推动农业健康、稳定、可持续发展的重要途径。分析了河南省低碳农业发展中存在的问题,并从政策导向、经营管理、技术创新、社会生活等方面探讨了低碳农业发展对策,为河南各级政府在全球气候变化背景下农业政策的制定提供参考。
