| Abstract: | With the development of OA, using modern office equipment such as computers and such new technologies as GIS, WEB, graph-writing database, computer-assited mapping, the Heilongjiang Provincial S/M Coutrol Data Management System can realize geo-information input /output, document and filevinquirey, spatial data retrieval and statistics and analysis etc. so as to help the managerial staff to understand the conditions of control data and survey marks. |
