| Abstract: | Understanding the situation of the earthgquakes in this century in Shanghai region is of great benefit for recognizing the regularity of the seismic activity of this area. In this paper, by analysing various seismic effect to Shanghai,it is known that seismic damage is slight, the maximum intensity is only V , and on time distribution the earthquakes can be divided in some intervals, strong or weak (magnitude), more or less (number). Deducing from earthquakes, some faults may exist in Shanghai and the Yangtze River mouth area, and it can be for reference at correlating reseaches. |
