西藏自治区城镇发展战略初探

西藏自然条件较差，经济基础薄弱，城镇发展落后，但在新的时期，它有着很好的发展机遇和来自多方面的动力；文章详细分析了这些因素对西藏城镇发展的积极影响及今后发展中应坚持的指导思想，提出今后城镇发展中应壮大核心城市拉萨及副中心城市日喀则的综合实力，积极培育区域中心城市，小城镇的发展应以县城和边贸口岸为主，并重视农牧区的合理集聚。

Study on the Development Strategy of Tibet Town

Bad natural conditions, weak economic basis,and falling behind in town's development, Tibet has good developing opportunities and motive forces coming from many ways in new times. On the basis of analysis of these factors's influence and the guiding ideology to follow in Tibet'towns development from now on, this paper put forward that we should strengthen the city's strength of Tibet and Rikaze,foster the key city of regional area actively,put the county towns and trading ports first in small town's development, and pay attention to suitable gathering of agricultural and pastoral areas.
