| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术和信息技术的快速发展，我国土地利用规划信息系统软件和数据库系统软件的应用和开发水平不断提高，但在系统功能、数据组织、数据管理、系统扩展性方面存在一些问题，尤其是系统中缺乏决策支持功能，严重制约了系统的广泛应用。为此，本文提出地理信息系统和决策支持系统集成的土地利用规划空间决策支持系统，并对系统的总体架构、开发方式和功能进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | With the rapid developing of computer and information technology, the application and development about the information system and database system of land use planning have improved continuously in China. But some problems existed in these systems such as data organization, data management, and system extension, especially lack of decision support system, and led to the narrow use. Therefore, the paper designs a new system, i.e. the spatial decision support system by integrating GIS and DSS, and discusses the overall frame, the function and how to develop it. |
