| 摘 要： | 城市建设、土地确权和房地产交易不仅要求掌握土地现实情况，还要求能够了解某一地区或某一宗地在某个历史时间的状况、某个历史时期的变化情况和变化过程，因此，地籍管理信息系统是一个典型的时态GIS系统，在时态数据库和时态GIS系统的研究没有取得突破性进展前，本文探讨了在关系型数据库下实现对时空图形和属性数据的管理。

| Abstract: | The construction of city, attestation of the land and the transactions of the real estate not only require grasping the reality instances but also require knowing the status in some historical time of some area or some land, and the changing instance of some historical phase. Therefore, cadastral management system is a typical tense GIS. It is discussed that the administering of space-time graphic and attribute data are realized under attribute database before the research of the tense database and real GIS has not made breakthrough development. |
