| 摘 要： | 研究了栉江珧种贝在繁殖期之前提早入池培育,通过逐渐升温和强化营养等技术措施,促使栉江珧种贝提早成熟产卵排精。实验证表明,可以根据室内培养期间的肥满度变化,来决定诱导产卵排精时间,当肥满度达到50%以上时,即可进行诱导产卵排精,其个体平均产卵量为800万粒。闭壳肌指数的变化情况跟肥满度变化情况正好相反,但不如肥满度明显。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of Atrina pectinata brood stock before the breeding season in the pool was investigated.Atrina pectinata brood stock was conditioned by gradually warming and strengthened nutrition.The result indicated that,during the indoor cultivate period,the time of artificial ripening gonad could refer to the variety of fatness.It could be operated when fatness reached up to 50%,and the average fecundity was 8 million per-female.The variation trend of adductor muscle-index was opposite to fatness,howeve... |
