| Abstract: | The features and encoding principle for the Inter Range Instrumentation Group-type B code (IRIG-B) are introduced,and the mechanism of the hardware,which is used for receiving the B code of the standard time synchronization equipment using a sound card,is described.The special stress is put on expounding the process of the software programming and the method of providing standard time for computers. |
