摘    要:钛铁矿精粉中二氧化钛的含量一般在40%~50%,全铁含量一般在30%~45%,二者在钛铁矿精粉分析过程中对其他组分测定造成干扰,同时大量钛的水解会造成分析工作的失败,通过氢氟酸—王水—硫酸分解样品,在8%的硫酸和10%的盐酸介质中,用ICP-AES以国家标准物质作标准曲线,快速测定钛铁矿精粉中钛、铁、钒的含量,该法简便快速,选择性好,准确度高。

Abstract:Titanium dioxide content of Ilmenite concentration is generally 40%~50%, and total iron content is generally 30%~45%. Both will cause interference to the determination of other components during the analysis process of ilmenite concentration. A lot of hydrolysis of titanium can cause failure in analysis work. Samples are decomposed by using hydrofluoric acid-aqua regia-sulfuric. In 8% sulfuric acid and 10% hydrochloric acid medium, using ICP-AES national standard material as the standard curve, the contents of titanium, iron, vanadium in ilmenite fine flour can be rapidly determined. The method is simple, selective and accurate.
