| Abstract: | Some optimized countermeasures about the invcstment conditions are presented bascd on the choosed chain of indexes with layered analysis method. The factors influencing the investment conditions in Xi'an are analyzed and compared in an odd order and a total order, and their weights and Anportances are determined in the paper. |
