摘    要:应用湿位涡理论和Q 矢量分析方法,研究了位于发生在副高边缘青藏高原东侧复杂地形条件下一次暴雨过程。通过对湿位涡、Q 矢量散度、涡度和锋生函数等物理量分布特征的诊断,发现造成西北东部暴雨的内在机制, 是一次大环流形势调整后的西太平洋副热带高压西伸北抬,与新疆东移冷空气在其边缘交绥抬升时切变辐合带强烈发展,从而激发前期堆积的不稳定能量释放,并提出了在数值预报产品释用业务中应用湿位涡及Q 矢量场作暴雨落区预报的着眼点。

Abstract:Based on MPV theory and Q-vector analytic method,MPV,divergence of Q-vector,vorticity,and frontogenetical function have been computed and diagnosed for researching a heavy rain process happened at the edge of subtropical high and adverse relief condition in east of Qingzang plateau. The results show that the internal mechanics of heavy rain is that the west pacific subtropical high after adjusted by atmosphere circulation lifting northward and westward, meets moving eastward cold air coming from Xingjiang Province , and at it's edge, the obvious development of belt of shear-convergency leads to release of instability energy . Further more ,the forecast method of heavy rain area with MPV,Q-vector field in NWP forecast practice is indicated.
