摘    要:本文综合考察了地震中影响伤亡人数的各种因素,提出了一个地震伤亡人数的预测模型,可为地震应急工作提供指导与参考。该模型基于BP人工神经网络,需要结合利用地理信息系统(GIS)、人口数据、历史地震数据等,来完成预测每次地震中的伤亡人数。

Abstract:With the integrative review of all elements that affect the number of casualties in devastating earthquakes, we bring forward a mathematic model to estimate earthquake casualty, which is valuable for earthquake rescue operations. Based on BP Artificial Neural Network, our model combines the Geographic Information System(GIS) with population data and historical earthquake data to forecast the number of casualties.
