| 摘 要： | 国土资源部“十五”计划纲要指出：保护自然资源，保持良好的生态环境，长期坚持在保护中开发，在开发中保护的方针。使矿山环境污染状况基本得到控制，矿山生态环境恢复治理率达到25％以上。进行土地整理、复垦和开发。在长江中下游地区，重点加快矿山生态恢复与治理。使矿区、矿山城市的环境质量有明显改善。本文探讨了矿山开采造成的环境影响与防治。

| Abstract: | Guidelines are stipulated in the Tenth Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Land and Resources to protect natural resources, maintain good eco-environment and adhere to combining development with protection together. The environmental pollution conditions due to mining should be basically controlled and 25% of the eco-environment be restored and treated. The land should be arranged and reused for cultivation and development. In the middle-lower reaches of the Yangtze River, the work will focus on quickening ecological restoration and treatment to improve the environmental quality of mining area and mining city apparently. This paper discussed environmental impact by mining and its prevention and treatment. |
