The principle and process of establishing the comprehensive model of coal exploration were proposed. Through the analysis and summarization of the exploration process of a deep-new developed area, the comprehensive exploration model has been refined, which mainly analyzes the comprehensive application, orderly construction and fine control of the exploration techniques.
