行为激活疗法联合耳穴压豆对COPD并焦虑抑郁患者负性情绪的影响

目的：探讨行为激活疗法（BA）联合耳穴压豆对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）并焦虑抑郁患者负性情绪的影响。方法：将COPD并焦虑抑郁患者81 例随机分为观察组（41 例）与对照组（40 例），对照组予常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上予以BA及耳穴压豆干预。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评价2组干预前后抑郁、焦虑的改善情况，记录干预前后患者的治疗依从性。结果：干预后2组的HAMD及SAS评分均低于干预前(P<0.05)，且观察组下降程度更显著(P<0.05)；干预后2组依从率均较干预前显著增高(P<0.05)，且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：BA联合耳穴压豆对COPD并焦虑抑郁患者效果显著，可有效缓解其抑郁、焦虑情绪，提高治疗依从性。

观驾山—黑岛一带信息量法找金研究

本文以成矿地质模型为依据，对观驾山—黑山岛一带的化探、物探、遥感及地质等信息变量进行了详细的分析，选取了１０个信息变量２４个标志状态；在此基础上，运用信息量法对研究区内４５８个单元的信息量值进行计算，并由此确定了研究范围内的成矿远景区。事实表明，研究区信息量成矿预测是非常有效的

广西环江县北山铅锌黄铁矿矿床发现史

广西环江北山铅锌矿床是由古人发现的，始于何时尚难断定。其采矿历史较悠久，据文献记载与考证，采铅锌矿炼银始于宋王朝，距今约８００年左右；炼锌始于明王朝，距今约３８０余年，１９７１年广西冶金地质勘探公司二一五队曾在北山一带普查评价褐铁矿，首先提出了该区褐铁矿＂属小型热液多金属铅锌硫化物矿床铁帽＂的概念。经广西地质局第九地质队（现广西第七地质队）１０年（１９７５－１９８６）的勘查，证实为一个以锌为主的大型多金属黄铁矿矿床，探明储量，其中锌、锗、黄铁矿为大型矿床规模，银、镉为中型矿床规模，铅、铁为小型矿床。为此该队荣获地矿部１９８９年度找矿成果二等笑。现今由中国有色金属工业总公司与广西壮族自治区人民政府合资兴建的北山铅锌硫铁矿已初具规模，一座新兴的矿山城镇已耸立在桂北群山之中，它将成为广西有色金属工业重要原料基地之一。     

Socio-economic and Environmental Implications of the Hydroelectric Projects in Uttarakhand Himalaya, India

This paper deals with detailed analysis of the fiasco created by the Tehri High Dam in Uttarakhand, India, particularly in terms of resettlement and rehabilitation of the local inhabitants. Aspects pertaining to the environmental issues are also discussed. Currently, the river valleys in Uttarakhand state of India are the targets of increasing hydroelectric projects. Virtually all rivers are being exploited for generating environmental friendly power. Having being learned the hard lesson from Tehri Dam, it has been decided to opt for such schemes in which comparatively little submergence and tempering with the fragile eco-systems is involved.However, our observations suggest that even in such schemes if due care is not taken they may turn out to be a failure.     

Mantle processes during ocean formation：Petrologic records in peridotites from the Alpine－Apennine ophiolites

Mantle peridotites were early exposed at the sea-floor of the Jurassic Tethys derived from the subcontinental mantle of the Europe-Adria system. During continental rifting and oceanic spreading, these lithospheric peri-dotites were percolated via diffuse reactive porous flowby melt fractions produced by near-fractional melting of the upwelling asthenosphere. Ascending melts inter-acted with the lower lithosphere, dissolving pyroxenes and precipitating olivine, and crystallized at shallower levels in the mantle column causing melt impregnation.Subsequent focused porous flow formed replacive dunitechannels, cutting the impregnated oeridotites, which were conduits for upward migration of MORB-type liq-uids. Melt migration produced depletionlrefertilization and significant heating of the percolatedlimpregnated mantle, i.e the thermochemical erosion of the litho-sphere. Impregnated and thermally modified lithos-pheric mantle was cooled by conductive heat loss dur-ing progressive lithosphere thinning and was intrudeaby MORB magmas, which formed Mg-rich and Fe-richgabbroic dykes and bodies. Alpine-Apennine ophiolitic peridotites record the deep-seated migration of melts which changed their compositions and dynamics during the rift evolution. The thermochemical erosion of the lithospheric mantle by the ascending asthenospheric melts, which induces significant compositional and rhe-ological changes in the lower lithosphere, is a major process in the evolution of the continent-ocean transi-tion towards a slow spreading oceanic system.     

锦西富隆山奥陶系牙形石带划分及寒武系/奥陶系界线讨论

笔者(1982—1984)采集了锦西富隆山奥陶系和上寒武统凤山组顶部的牙形石,鉴定出38个属,82个种。根据牙形石产出的层位及其特征,在本区上寒武统凤山组顶部至奥陶系顶部建立10个牙形石带,依次为Cordylodus proavus,Utahconus bei madaoensis, Cordylodus rotundatus—"Acodus"oneotensis,Scolopodus qadraplicatus—S. opimus,Scalpellodus tersus, Serratognathus bilobatus, S.extetus, Paraserratognathus Paltodiformis, Aurilobadus leptosomatus Loxodus dissectus, Tangshanodus tangshanensis. 寒武系与奥陶系分界线划在Cordylodus proavus带与Utahconus beimadaoensis带之间。
