从商务日语课程设置谈高职教育课程改革

本科院校办高职学院是我国 2 0世纪末出现的一个新生事物 ,如何设置专业课程 ,提高教学质量 ,使学生一出校门就能容纳到直接为经济服务当中去 ,结合商务日语专业的具体情况对这个问题进行了思考。     

BP模型双样本训练方法

根据气象预报应用情况，分析ＢＰ模型训练人工神经元网络中存在的问题，并提出双样本训练方案。试验表明，采用双样本训练的网络，实际预报能力较高。     

GIS professional development for teachers: lessons learned from high-needs schools

University faculty partners from the Departments of Geography and Instruction and Teacher Education at a large, public university collaborated with K-12 teachers and the leadership of a rural school district in order to investigate the crosscutting content of science, mathematics, and geography through the integration of web-based GIS technologies. The project explored the critical connections among technology, pedagogy, and content with a particular emphasis on developing technology-enhanced, inquiry-based lessons in which the teachers and their students used GIS technologies to analyze, visualize, and present data in real-world contexts. The findings highlight the importance of well-structured professional development that builds community, integrates diverse content and pedagogical expertise, provides feedback and coaching, and is of sufficient duration to effect change.     

PRINCIPLES OF RIVER TRAINING AND MANAGEMENT

River regulation and river training have been performed for various purposes and negative effects have been shown in numerous cases. In some cases the negative effects are so serious that humans have to consider to "renaturalize" the regulated rivers. Only by using the strategy of integrated river management the diverse river uses and natural fluvial processes and ecological systems may be harmonized. Based on analysis of case studies and data collected from literatures this paper presents the concept of integrated river management and four principles of river training. The integrated river management comprises: 1) taking the watershed, upper stream basin including the tributaries, middle and lower reaches and the estuary as an integrated entity in the planning, design and management; and 2) mitigating or controlling the negative impacts on hydrology, erosion and sedimentation, fluvial processes, land use and river use, environment and ecology while in achieving economic benefit from water resources development, flood safety management and hydropower exploitation. River training and management should be in accordance with the four principles: 1) extending the duration of river water flowing on the continent, which may be achieved by extending the river course or reducing the flow velocity; 2) controlling various patterns of erosions and reducing the sediment transportation in the rivers; 3) increasing the diversity of habitat and enhancing the connectivity between the river and riparian waters; and 4) restoring natural landscapes.     

关于地球科学人才培养的实践与思考

世纪之交的我国地质行业和地质学人才培养遇到了前所未有的困难,而资源、环境与灾害已成为新世纪人类社会发展面临的严峻问题.面对挑战和机遇,南京大学地球科学系以邓小平教育理论为指导,以创建“地质学“国家理科人才培养基地为契机,在教学改革的实践中探索并建立了基础型和应用型两类地质学人才的培养体系,依托本系雄厚的教学科研基础和师资力量,建成“三三三“培养模式和全新的课程体系,改革教学内容和方法、手段,提高学生综合素质和创新能力,七年来改革成果丰硕.2000年以来,在教育部世行贷款重点教改项目支持下,结合地学类学科在新世纪的发展趋势,正在努力探索按“大地学“口径培养人才的模式,创建培养具有大理科基础、大地学特色的地球科学人才的实施方案,为我国国土资源的合理开发利用、灾害防治和环境保护等的迫切需要培养新一代地学人才.     

Neuro‐control of seismically excited steel structure through sensitivity evaluation scheme

The neuro‐controller training algorithm based on cost function is applied to a multi‐degree‐of‐freedom system; and a sensitivity evaluation algorithm replacing the emulator neural network is proposed. In conventional methods, the emulator neural network is used to evaluate the sensitivity of structural response to the control signal. To use the emulator, it should be trained to predict the dynamic response of the structure. Much of the time is usually spent on training of the emulator. In the proposed algorithm, however, it takes only one sampling time to obtain the sensitivity. Therefore, training time for the emulator is eliminated. As a result, only one neural network is used for the neuro‐control system. In the numerical example, the three‐storey building structure with linear and non‐linear stiffness is controlled by the trained neural network. The actuator dynamics and control time delay are considered in the simulation. Numerical examples show that the proposed control algorithm is valid in structural control. 测绘行业人力资源培训外包问题研究

系统培训是增加企业人力资本存量、提升企业核心竞争力重要的手段之一。因此,越来越多的企业将培训放到重要的位置上,整合组织的内外部资源进行有效的培训。将非核心培训项目外包,既利用外包供应商的专业水平和成本优势,又使企业人力资源部能专注于提升核心竞争力的活动。     

2006年广西气象培训班学员满意度调查与分析

根据2006年广西气象培训中心承办的14期气象培训班的学员满意度问卷调查数据,详细统计分析了学员对培训效果等11项调查内容的评价情况。结果表明,各培训班学员对培训效果表示满意或基本满意的比率在96%以上,远远高于目标考核要求的70%,培训效果比较好。学员对住宿及用餐等后勤保障工作的满意或基本满意率也高于70%,但有一定比例的学员对后勤保障工作不满意,并就如何改进气象培训工作提出了多项设想与建议。
