ECOLOGICAL SERIES OF SOIL ANIMALS IN DARLIDAI MOUNTAIN

The ecological series of soil animals under the broad-leaved and pine mixed forest in Darlidai Mountainwas studied. Seven sample plots were selected according to different altitude gradients, which belong to different vegeta-tion types. By investigating and analyzing soil animals in every sample plot it is found that there are 45 groups and 1956individuals, which axe involved in 3 phylums, 7 classes, 16 orders, respectively. The altitude is a key factor which af-fects ecological series of soil animals. Both the groups and individuals of soil animals increase with altitude increasingunder certain conditions, which contrastes with ordinary cases, resulting from special micro-climate in studied area. Thegroups and individuls of soil animals are the most under the broad-leaved and pine forest on the top of the mountain, andthe least under Picea-Abies forest in the foot of the mountain.     

Heat-shock protein 70 expression in shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis during thermal and immune-challenged stress

Using western immunoblotting, we obtained heat-shock protein 70 (HSP70) induction data and distribution in different tissues from shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis during thermal and immune-challenged stresses. This is probably the first report of the effects of various stressors on the expression of HSP70 in shrimp.HSP70 was prominently induced in hepatopancreas and gills, but not in muscle, eyestalk and hemolymph, when the shrimp were exposed to heat shock and Vibrio anguillavium-challenged stresses. Cold shock and WSSV treatment had no significant effects on the levels of HSP70 expression in all tissues examined. HSP70 induction was greatest after 2 h exposure to heat shock stress, which was elevated after acute heat shock exposure of 10℃ above ambient temperature.

In 1997, IGCP Project No. 410 was established to appraise known records of Ordovician biotas, in order to evaluate one of the greatest-ever diversifications of life on Earth, between 489 and 443 million years ago. Data collection and analysis of biodiversity were coordinated through seven regional teams, and a global“clade” team.     

用比电导法研究活性炭的吸附特性

用比电导法研究两种活性炭自稀水溶液中吸附强电解质硫酸铬和硫酸铜的吸附平衡特性。结果表明,在本文的研究条件下,两种活性炭对硫酸铬和硫酸铜都有吸附作用。同时,活性炭吸附硫酸铜的吸附平衡特性可以用 Freundlich 方程式来描述。研究的结果对固体在溶液中的吸附基础理论以及处理工业废水具有一定的意义。

吸附—交联法固定胰蛋白酶及在澄清啤酒中的应用

胰蛋白酶的固定化采用吸附－交联法。在单因素试验基础上，通过正交试验，获得了胰蛋白酶固定化的最佳条件：酶与载体体积比为2：1，吸附时间为10h,pH＝4．5，缓冲液浓度为0．05mol/L，戊二醛的质量分数为0．1％。此条件下制得的磁性酶活力回收在50％左右，相对酶活力达74％，该磁性酶对啤酒澄清防止冷浑浊有明显效果。     

花岗岩风化壳离子吸附型稀土矿床成矿特征及快速评价方法的初步探讨

本文论述了广西花岗岩风化壳离子吸附型稀土矿床的主要成矿特征,探讨其快速评价方法有关问题。认为该类型矿床在风化壳中的稀土氧化物含量具有分带性,一般存在上贫下富分布规律,并探讨了铈族稀土上富下贫、钇族稀土下富上贫形成机制和分布规律。关于探讨找矿快速评价时,指出:应尽量收集前人资料,重视野外踏勘选点、择优评价工作中涉及有关样品采集及半定量与定量分析方法问题。     

ENERGY FLOW OF BELIAMYA AERUGINOSA IN A SHALLOW ALGAL LAKE, HOUHU LAKE （WUHAN, CHINA）

The energy budget ofBellamya earuginosa in a shallow algal lake, Houhu Lake (Wuhan, China) was investigated by the measurement of flesh production (32.8 kJ/(m²·a)), egestion (337.7 kJ/(m²·a)), metabolism (246.7 kJ/(m²·a)), and estimation of excretion (21.4kJ/(m²·a)). The net growth efficiency of the species is about 10.9%, which accords with the generally reported value for gastropods. In addition, the relationships between starvation respiration (R, mgO₂/(Ind·d)), body weight (Wd, mg in dry wt) and temperature (T, °C) were also determined. The regression equationR=0.044Wd ^0.537 e ^0.061T was obtained by the least square method, The measured SDA of the species is 26.51% of its gross metabolism.
