兰州盆地位于青藏高原东北部,祁连山以东,黄土高原以西,古近纪出露地层为细柳沟组、野狐城组和咸水河组下段。作为青藏高原寒区、东部季风区及西北干旱区的交汇地带,兰州地区新生代环境研究受到越来越多的关注,因此有必要对其沉积环境进行研究。本文通过对兰州盆地黄羊头地区古近系进行分段采样,并对泥岩样品的主量元素、微量元素及X射线衍射进行测定,运用硼法、B/Ga值及Sr/Ba值等方法定量—半定量分析兰州盆地古近系沉积时的古盐度特征,同时结合风化指数CIA值的变化特征,综合分析古近系的沉积环境。研究结果表明兰州盆地古近系细柳沟组、野狐城组及咸水河组下段Adams法古盐度值为9.5‰~14.0‰,平均值为11.8‰;Couch法古盐度值为8.2‰~12.8‰,平均值为10.8‰,为内陆半咸水—淡水湖泊。Adams法古盐度值与B/Ga值具有良好的正相关关系,而Adams古盐度值与Sr/Ba值相关性不明显,主要由于地层中生物对Sr的富集作用,导致Sr/Ba值偏大,表明Sr/Ba值不适用于生物富集地层的古盐度恢复。环境研究认为细柳沟期,气候湿润,以冲积扇沉积为主,水体较浅,盐度值较大;到野狐城中期水体加深,变为湖相沉积,气候温暖湿润,盐度值降低,同时存在明显的干冷气候间隙,该间隙期湖盆蒸发量大于补给量,盐度值升高;从野狐城晚期开始湖盆逐渐萎缩,以滨湖相沉积为主,到韩家井期变为河流相沉积,至甘家滩期再次转为湖相沉积,盐度值先升高后降低,但整体风化程度明显降低,表明从野狐城组晚期开始气候逐渐变冷变干。  相似文献

本文通过调研大量文献,系统梳理了前人关于中上扬子地区震旦纪灯影期古海洋环境特征的研究方法和主要认识,特别是关于古海水的氧化还原条件、古温度和古盐度等3个要素。结果表明,震旦纪灯影组沉积时期,中上扬子地区的古海洋是一个水深较浅、并逐渐趋于氧化的浅海水体环境;古海水温度为7.0 ℃~38.6 ℃,且在灯影组晚期升高,主要为亚热带气候;海水盐度较新元古代早期有降低的趋势,但仍为海相环境,且灯影组二段和灯影组四段时期盐度相对更大。震旦纪灯影组沉积时期的古海洋环境在地质演化历史中具有重要的时空意义,能够为解释当时地球的气候条件和生物演化等方面的重大变化提供依据。现阶段研究中的问题包括:1)缺乏同时期古海洋氧化还原环境的区域对比;2)古海水绝对深度的研究十分薄弱;3)缺乏古海水盐度的直接指示依据。建议开展高分辨率古环境指示参数垂向序列和多剖面横向对比的研究,尝试定量分析氧气浓度随古海水绝对深度的变化规律,探索指示古海水盐度的直接依据。  相似文献

利用流体包裹体综合分析技术,研究东营凹陷不同构造区带油气成藏方式。结果证明,不同构造区带成藏期古压力及成藏方式具差异性:北部陡坡带沙四段烃源岩上储层油气成藏主要分3期,成藏方式以间歇的幕式充注为主;中央背斜主要分2期,成藏方式以突发式的幕式充注为主;南部缓坡带仅1期,早期成藏方式以持续性充注为主。在凹陷南部缓坡带孔店组的储层中发现沸腾包裹体,分析认为成藏晚期发生过幕式充注,推测在沙四烃源岩下存在新的成藏体系。东营凹陷不同区带成藏模式的确定,可为在高勘探程度地区寻找隐蔽油气藏提供理论依据。  相似文献

Diatom assemblages and organic carbon records from two sediment cores located within an estuarian bay of the inner Kara Sea trace changes in Yenisei River runoff and postglacial depositional environments. Paleosalinity and sea-ice reconstructions are based on modern relationships of local diatom assemblages and summer surface-water salinity. Approximately 15,500 cal yr B.P., rivers and bogs characterized the study area. When sea level reached the 38- to 40-m paleo-isobath approximately 9300 cal yr B.P., the coring site was flooded. From 9300–9100 cal yr B.P., estuarine conditions occurred proximal to the depocenter of fluvially derived material, and salinity was <7–8. Paleosalinity increased to 11–13 by 7500 cal yr B.P., following postglacial sea-level rise and the southward shift of the Siberian coast. Sharp decreases in diatom accumulation rates, total sediment, and organic carbon also occurred, suggesting the presence of brackish conditions and greater distance between the coast and study site. Maximum paleosalinity (up to 13) was recorded between 7500 and 6000 cal yr B.P., which was likely caused by the enhanced penetration of Atlantic waters to the Kara Sea. Stepwise decreases to modern salinity levels happened over the last 6000 cal yr.  相似文献

采用Sr、Sr/Ba、Rb、Rb/K、K+Na质量分数、K/Na、B/Ga、B元素法、V/Cr、Ni/Co、U/Th、V/(V+Ni)、铈异常(Ceanom)值、Fe2+/Fe3+、Cu/Zn、Sr/Cu、Fe/Mn、Mg/Ca、 Mg/Sr和Al2O3/MgO等微量元素和常量元素等地球化学方法对鄂尔多斯盆地东部盒8期沉积环境的古盐度、氧化还原态和古气候进行综合判断。结果表明:古盐度介于2.76‰~14.32‰之间,平均值为8.62‰,显示沉积水介质以淡水—微咸水为主;铈异常(Ceanom)值主要集中在-0.05~0.1之间,整体表现为Ce富集,指示缺氧弱还原的古水体环境;Sr/Cu比值为1.66~9.41,平均值为4.60,环境为温湿气候。纵向上盒8古盐度高于盒8,盒8比盒8气候略微干旱。平面上研究区南部米脂榆79井—榆28井一带和研究区北部通岗浪沟—什汗水利一带古盐度较大,大于10‰,属半咸水—咸水沉积,相对应地这两个区块古气候比其它区块较为干旱,这一规律和沉积体系在研究区的分布高度吻合。分析认为:盒8期研究区湖岸线分布于南部米脂榆79井—榆28井一带,受湖水和干旱气候的影响,造成古盐度较高;北部通岗浪沟—什汗水利一带发育辫状河沉积,受干燥气候、蒸发环境的影响,古盐度增大。研究区微咸水—半咸水—咸水的沉积环境有利于绿泥石膜胶结发育,也有利于储层的发育。该认识对鄂尔多斯盆地盒8沉积环境研究起到一定的补充作用,同时也对该区盒8段天然气勘探具有重要意义。  相似文献

Mixed marine, brackish-water and terrestrial vertebrate skeletal apatite is found in the late Paleocene-early Eocene Tuscahoma and Bashi Formations of Mississippi. The co-Occurrence in these near-coastal marine deposits of skeletal apatite with different provenances offers a unique opportunity for unraveling the effects of diagenesis on apatite 87Sr/86Sr composition, with bearings on the use of this isotope pair as paleosalinity indicator. The results show that the Sr isotopes of all originally poorly ordered phases of skeletal apatite have extensively re-equilibrated with pore water with significantly lower 87Sr/86Sr ratios than late Paleocene-early Eocene seawater. For example, marine shark and ray teeth from the Bashi Formation all have clearly nonmarine 87Sr/86Sr ratios, 0.7073-0.7075, compared with a coeval seawater ratio in the range 0.7077-0.7078. However, separated shark tooth enamel, with a high original crystallinity, appears to have retained all or most of its in vivo Sr isotopic signature until the present. Here we also show that 87Sr/86Sr results on recent vertebrate skeletal material from different environments are in good agreement with expected values for respective habitat.

Earlier analyses of calcite material from the Bashi Formation indicated the existence of a shift in seawater 87Sr/86Sr to a lower value at the Paleocene-Eocene boundary. The strong influence of pore water with low, nonmarine 87Sr/86Sr on the apatite in the Bashi Formation suggests that the proposed isotopic shift may be an artifact related to diagenetic processes.  相似文献

The minimum sieve mesh size for fossil chironomid analysis is usually set at 100 μm, to ensure adequate recovery of small species. Yet taking into account the labor intensity of sorting and identifying fossil chironomid remains, the large numbers of samples requiring processing in paleoclimate studies with high temporal resolution, and the increasing need to engage non-specialist analysts in this work, it seems appealing to sieve samples through a larger mesh size that would mainly retain easier-to-see, easier-to-extract and easier-to-identify fossil specimens. In this study we evaluated the influence of sieve mesh size on chironomid-based quantitative paleoenvironmental reconstructions in African lakes. We developed two chironomid-salinity calibration data sets based on either the >100 μm or >150 μm size fractions of surface-sediment fossil assemblages, and compared the performance of salinity-inference models derived from them. We find that, despite ∼35% additional fossil loss, restriction to >150 μm data did not appreciably affect individual taxon optima or tolerances, and resulted in only a modest reduction of mean taxon richness per lake. Parameters of statistical model performance were as good, or better than those of models based on the >100 μm data, albeit only after excluding two atypically dilute (<100 μS/cm) lakes from the calibration. Application of inference models based on >150 μm or >100 μm data to a 200-year fossil record from Lake Abiyata, Ethiopia, produced very similar trends, amplitudes and uncertainty ranges of inferred past salinity change. Restriction to >150 μm data reduced the mean fossil yield of core samples by ∼20% on average, i.e. fossil loss was markedly lower than in surface-sediment samples. Using the larger mesh size reduced sample processing time by up to 50%, partly by removing a significant proportion of visually obstructive organic debris, and partly by allowing a greater fraction of chironomid fossils to be identified directly in the sorting tray. The fraction of 1st instar group taxa in surface-sediment samples was reduced from 13% to 3%, increasing the mean taxonomic resolution of fossil assemblages, and thus their ecological specificity.  相似文献

羌塘盆地中晚侏罗世雁石坪剖面夏里组古盐度与成盐意义   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
羌塘盆地是一个具有成盐远景的蒸发岩盆地,对羌塘盆地侏罗系雁石坪群夏里组出露的石膏层和具有钾、钠异常的盐泉水研究表明,夏里组是羌塘盆地潜在的形成钠盐、钾盐的目标层位之一。本文通过对羌塘盆地雁石坪剖面夏里组硼元素、锶元素和钡元素的测量,计算Adams古盐度和Sr/Ba比值,来恢复雁石坪剖面夏里组的古盐度。根据Sr/Ba比值、Adams古盐度和Walker相当硼含量的变化趋势,雁石坪剖面夏里组古盐度可以划分为以下3个阶段:夏里组下段(0~260 m、164~162.3 Ma)淡水环境、中段(260~500 m、162.3~160.7 Ma)咸水环境和上段(500~608 m、160.7~160.2 Ma)超咸水环境。另外,通过分析物源、气候以及古地理条件,认为夏里组具备适宜成盐的物源、气候和古地理条件,根据夏里组上段Ca^2+-SO4^2-离子、Na^+-Cl^-离子和K^+-Cl^-离子的相关性分析表明,夏里组上段古环境已经演化到沉积硫酸盐阶段或者沉积氯化物早期阶段,即夏里组上段形成石盐的环境要优于形成钾盐的环境。  相似文献

于1994—1995年间,在云南保山盆地第三系地层采集泥岩样品,用中子活化分析方法和化学分析方法测定了泥岩的微量元素和氧化物含量;用X-射线衍射(XRD)分析和扫描电镜(SEM)分析方法测试了泥岩的粘土矿物成分和含量;应用科奇和亚当斯理论计算了湖盆古盐度。结果表明,该湖盆羊四段盐度最高达15.70,羊三段盐度为12.79,羊一段盐度为13.35,南林组盐度为13.26。随着沉积介质盐度的增大,微量元素硼(B)、相当硼含量逐渐增大,Sr/Ba,B/Ga比值也逐渐增加,它们之间呈线性正相关关系。  相似文献

从葡萄牙卢西塔尼亚盆地侏罗纪生物底栖组合的化石中选取了54件样品用作碳稳定同位素成分测试,分析其古盐度。按这种方法所恢复的古盐度数据和按底栖组合分析所得到的古盐度能够较好地吻合,由此可作下列结论:(1)尽管化石壳体的原始稳定同位素值可能会受到成岩作用、生物效应、温度差异等因素的影响,但碳稳定同位素值与氧同位素值相比,其重结晶作用产生的成岩影响很小,生物效应却是非常明显地表现于双壳类壳顶区和壳缘的碳同位素值的差异。(2)碳同位素的古盐度表明,葡萄牙卢酉塔尼亚盆地在侏罗纪时曾是一半咸水海湾,其水体含盐度低于24‰。,所以生物组合中以机会种和半咸水地方性种占优势。(3)机会种分布于中盐至高半咸水的盐区域,而大部分地方性半咸水种局限于中盐度域.(4)卢西塔尼亚盆地晚侏罗世的牡蛎类生存于真盐和高半成水域,定量的盐度研究可能提供牡蛎类自中生代以来对盐度的适应演化。(5)卢西塔尼亚盆地晚侏罗世双壳类虽然属于半咸水属种,但仍然具有厚壳体大的特征。  相似文献
