The proposed work is incorporated into the research theme concerning the maintenance and inspection of sensitive facilities in production systems. It is essential to promote the methodological deployment of inspection techniques to ensure the good functioning of services provided by complex production systems as well as their different components. We use a risk-based inspection methodology offering an organized analysis with knowledge sharing for collaborative possibilities in a multidisciplinary context and it consists of the following steps: data acquisition and information collection, failure analysis (probability and consequences), risk assessment, inspection plan, mitigation and revaluation. The application of this methodology can improve the maintenance management strategies of industrial companies. The inspection department is able to forecast its potential failure, root causes and impacts on the safe operation of the considered production system, based on a reliable inventory of existing situations and review options for continuous improvement in maintenance management. In particular, we addressed the application of a Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodology in the French petroleum company with operations on the west coast of central and southern Africa. The incorporation of expert knowledge into risk assessment is helping to find the best preventive plan for pipeline inspection in the case study. 相似文献

There are two ways of assessing the costs of environmental degradation: as the costs associated with the loss of benefits resulting from the degradation of natural capital, and as the maintenance costs required to compensate for the actual or potential degradation of natural capital. The first of these methods is based on the Total Economic Value (TEV) of benefits forgone because of the depletion of ecosystem services delivered by marine biodiversity. The second method is based on the costs required to maintain a good state of marine biodiversity, one which makes it possible to deliver ecosystem services.This paper gives an illustration of this second approach. It details how these maintenance costs have been calculated in the initial assessment of the Marine Strategy Framework Directive (MSFD) in France. It addresses nine problem areas – corresponding to nine sources of environmental degradation – from non-native invasive species to oil spills. It gives a total figure for these degradation costs (around 2 billion Euros). The results are compared with those of other Member States who have taken similar approaches in the context of the MSFD. One key conclusion is that it is not really possible to make meaningful comparisons at this stage, since the methods of data collection and the nature of the costs are very different. 作为全国重要水稻生产基地的湖南,因夏秋多旱的气候特征,水稻种植经常受干旱影响而减产。为做好气象为农服务工作,湖南省气象局从2010年开始,在全省建设了60个自动土壤水分观测站,显著改进了土壤水分观测手段和方法,提升了现代农业气象业务和干旱监测服务水平。本文简要介绍了DZN3型自动土壤水分观测仪的工作原理和系统结构,在总结省、市、县三级维护保障实践基础上,重点阐述了DZN3型自动土壤水分观测仪常见故障的分析及排查,对台站日常巡查维护及有关注意事项提出了建议。为气象部门基层台站业务人员提高维护维修时效,降低故障发生概率,提供借鉴与参考。 相似文献

登陆热带气旋在鄱阳湖区的活动特征及原因分析 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
鄱阳湖流域是受登陆热带气旋(简称TC)影响最为频繁的内陆地区之一。利用中国气象局热带气旋年鉴资料、地面观测资料、中国气象局一日两次的常规探空资料以及NCEP/NCAR一日四次的2.5°×2.5°再分析资料,研究了过鄱阳湖TC的活动特征及其影响。首先统计1949~2012年进入鄱阳湖区域61个TC的活动特征发现,平均而言进入鄱阳湖地区的TC具有移速减慢,强度衰减变缓及降水增幅特征。大尺度环流场分析表明,登陆进入鄱阳湖区的TC处于太平洋副热带高压和东亚大陆高压之间的鞍形场中,引导气流减弱,水平风垂直切变减小,有利于其移速减慢、衰减减缓以及降水累计。几个典型TC个例的观测分析发现,TC降水降低了鄱阳湖区浅层土壤温度和低层大气温度及其日较差,但增加了土壤和空气湿度。鄱阳湖区域下垫面较高的地面热量有利于TC维持。而湖区对流有效位能在TC进入后明显降低,说明TC触发了该区域对流有效位能释放,有利于其降水增幅。 相似文献
