基于自然资源管理的新型基础测绘研究

新一轮的职能改革赋予自然资源部门新的职责,文章在分析了现有自然资源业务数据和基础测绘数据的基础上结合自然资源管理需求,提出了新型基础测绘的相关技术要求、应用方向和地理实体数据的技术路线,为新型基础测绘的开展提供了有益探索,为基础测绘服务自然资源管理提供了理论依据。     

“地理素养与测绘技能”双驱动的GIS专业大学生创新能力培养模式的探索

在信息技术快速发展和万众创新、大众创业的时代背景下，创新与创新人才已成为国家发展的重要推动力，创新教育和创新人才培养成为高校的重要任务。本文以武汉大学地理信息科学（GIS）专业为例，结合专业特点和优势，探索了"地理素养、测绘技能"驱动下的GIS专业大学生创新能力的培养模式和"厚基础、重知识、强技能"的贯通式培养途径。围绕创新人才培养和成长的内在因素和外部条件，从人才培养方案与课程体系、创新型教师团队与新型教学方法、教学科研创新平台与创新条件、创新人才发展评价与激励机制等4个方面开展了创新型发展探索。结合实践表明，本模式取得了显著的创新成果，产生了良好的示范辐射作用。     

海洋综合测量声学系统间信号干扰的分析

针对海洋综合测量多种声学测量系统间的窄带相干声学干扰现象进行了理论分析，并针对克服窄带干扰提出了一些具有实用价值的建议。     

Deep sea navigation techniques

Accurate navigation forms an essential part of all research at sea and the deep ocean imposes it's own unique problems. This chapter discusses several of the techniques in current use on the research vessels of the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC), concentrating on those systems which provide global navigation facilities, as opposed to the more localised, coastal aids. Whilst most of the systems rely on surface propagation of radio waves, the use of acoustics and sea-bed mapping instruments constitute accurate alternatives for some sub-sea applications.     

Modern swathe sounding and sub-bottom profiling technology for research applications: The Atlas Hydrosweep and Parasound Systems

This chapter describes two separate but complementary research echosounder systems originally developed by Krupp Atlas Elektronik GmbH for the new German oceanographic research vessel Meteor.The Hydrosweep is a Hydrographic wide-swathe sweep survey echosounder for both shallow and deep water applications providing accurate bathymetric surveys and terrain-following navigation capabilities.The Parasound system is a hull-mounted dual channel parametric narrow-beam deep sea survey and sub-bottom profiling echosounder enabling particularly high vertical and horizontal resolution of seabed features.     

平均大潮高潮面的科学定位和现实描述

在对平均大潮高潮面进行科学定位的基础上,进一步阐明了我国海岸线(岛屿岸线、明礁、灯塔)起算面的定义。引入了三个国标的定义和沿海五省制定的法律条例的规定,结合东海及其岛屿海岸线不同起算面的计算算例,论证了我国海岸线就是平均大潮高潮面形成的实际痕迹线,并以此作为海陆分界线的科学定位和现实意义,澄清了在这一领域存在的一些异议和模糊认识。同时,并就这一重要的基准面进行现实的描述,以期服务于当前我国沿海经济建设、海域使用管理、海岸带开发和有关专项调查以及海洋测绘事业中。     

Underice Operation of SJT-5 ROV

- The authors have used a low-cost ROV of observation type for underice surveying of the Nen-Jiang Cross-river oil pipe line in the Da Qing oil field. The operation method, process and the safety measures for severe cold areas are presented. The fruitful tries and experience may be useful to ROV operators in severe cold areas.     

城市与工程测量EDM导线技术标准的分析

基于导线测量误差理论与电磁测距(EDM)导线的特性,分析讨论了城市与工程测量EDM导线的各项技术参数,提出了各级EDM导线技术标准的建议,通过计算验证所给出的这些技术指标是合理可靠的。     

Long-range underwater photography in the deep ocean

Although the optical properties of seawater at extreme depths are more suitable for underwater photography than those at the surface or on continental shelves, they still impose severe limitations on long-range wide area bottom photography. Additionally, deep ocean operations impose technical limitations on control, power and bandwidth. This chapter reviews the approaches contemplated or made towards improving the camerato-target range in underwater photography in the deep ocean. Further significant improvements await advances in control, power/light sources and bandwidth reduction. With the developments now contemplated, TV and video systems will eventually present a strong challenge to emulsion film techniques.     

动态基准实时测量系统的开发与应用

介绍了动态基准实时测量系统的硬件组成、站点上全站仪棱镜组合安装与检测方法、系统软件的开发及特点，最后对系统在广州地铁某地铁站结构变形自动监测中的应用情况进行了阐述。通过实际应用表明该系统能应用在自动化、高精度的变形监测领域。
