人造热带气旋垂直结构问题初探

在人造热带气旋中引入了倾斜垂直结构，并将其用于西折后9806号热带气旋登陆路径的数值模拟。结果表明：应用该方案所得到的模拟结果优于应用正压结构的人造热带气旋方案的模拟结果要准确。因此，此类热带气旋的预报中，其初始涡旋可采用倾斜垂直结构，从而提出改进热带气旋初始涡旋的一种新思路。若对其作进一步研究、推广，则具有广阔的业务应用前景。     

一种移动视频与地理场景的融合方法

快速准确地了解灾害现场状况是救灾过程中的重中之重。通常发生灾害都会使用无人机进行现场勘察，但是无人机视频难以与实际的地理场景关联起来，为此本文提出了一种移动视频与地理场景的融合方法。该方法首先采用具有仿射不变性的ASIFT算法检测特征点，将匹配后的特征点采用RANSAC算法进行迭代剔除噪点，计算视频与地理场景最优的透视变换矩阵模型参数；然后将计算得到的透视变换参数应用到视频数据，恢复视频角点坐标；最后通过内插得出所有视频帧的角点坐标，实现视频与DOM的精确融合。试验结果表明，对视频数据匹配的间隔帧越短，其整体融合精度越高，通过本文方法进行视频与地理场景融合的误差标准差低于10 m。     

正压准共振三波能量和拟能的传输

从准地转正压涡度方程出发，在ｋ１＋ｋ２＋ｋ３＝△ｋ、ｌ１＋ｌ２＋ｌ３＝０和ω１＋ω２＋ω３＝０的准共振条件下，分析了准共振三波能量和位涡拟能的传输。当△ｋ很小时，准共振三波组的总能量和总拟能近似守恒；三波之间能量和拟能的传输方向与共振情况基本相同，但中波向长波传输较多能量、向短波传输较多拟能和三波之间产生能量与拟能传输这三者的可能非线性准共振的面积与共振时相比均有较大的变化，而三者的面积比也有较明     

QUASI-RESONANCE OF BAROCLINIC ATMOSPHERIC WAVES AND EXTRATROPICAL LOW-FREQUENCY OSCILLATION*

In operating the quasi-geostrophic two-layer model,the quasi-resonance occurs possibly in two cases:(1)pure barotropic waves;(2) two baroclinic and one barotropic waves.For case (2),we find the analytical solution of triad amplitude of quasi-resonance and approximate expression for the period of wave energy variation.Both the approximate expression and numerical calculation indicate that this period tends to approach the period (2πε)/(△ω) of the quasi-resonance frequency mismatch △ω itself for the baroclinic atmosphere than for the barotropic atmosphere.Physically,there is a feedback mechanism between the wave phase and amplitude,and the slowly varying phase difference between the barotropic wave and the baroclinic wave causes the conversion of kinetic energy and available potential energy,which gives rise to the wave-related low-frequency oscillation alternatively strengthening and weakening with the oscillation period identical to the above approximate formula.For △ω～(0.1-0.02) 0(ωj),the averaged energy period is 12-43 days and when △ω=0,it is 366 days.Therefore,the occurrence of frequency mismatch △ω is probably a new important mechanism for the formation of extratropical low-frequency oscillation in baroclinic atmosphere as well.     

正压原始方程套网格试验

本文用“单向”(one—way)方法进行正压原始方程套网格试验。粗、细网格均采用空间分解准拉格朗日格式和由廖洞贤等提出的与此差分格式一致的内边界条件(即方案二)。试验结果表明,用方案二作出的24小时细网格预报,与按半动量格式和粗网格直接给细网格提供内边界条件(即方案一)所得的结果相比,去除了在流出处出现的不稳定,系统的流入、流出也较好。这两种方案再加上Davies“松弛区域”的方法(分别为方案四,方案三),其结果与上述类似,且方案四比方案二还要好些。     

南边界强迫的非线性临界层与副高的形成、维持和振荡

用非线性准地转正压涡度方程模式，在南边界取定常强迫波，采用４种方案模拟了非线性临界层及其上激发的Ｋｅｌｖｉｎ猫眼，以确定热带的定常强迫对副高的形成、维持和振荡的影响。结果表明，南边界定常强迫仍在非线性临界层内激发行星尺度的准定常反气旋的Ｋｅｌｖｉｎ猫眼流场，猫眼的移动、强度和形状变化与夏季副高比较相似．而北边界定常强迫所得结果与夏季副高差异较大。因此，南边界所激发的非线性临界层上的Ｋｅｌｖｉｎ猫眼可能是夏季副高形成、维持和振荡的一种更为重要的新物理机制。文中还提出准定常行星波穿越副热带的非线性临界层的物理机制。     

SOUTHERN BOUNDARY FORCING RELATIVE TO GENESIS, MAINTENANCE AND OSCILLATION OF A SUBTROPICAL HIGH*

A nonlinear critical layer and a Kelvin cat's eye excited thereupon are simulated through four schemes in the context of a nonlinear quasi-geostrophic barotropic vorticity equation model with forced stationary wave acting along the southern boundary to investigate effects of tropical steady forcing on the genesis,maintenance and oscillation of a subtropical high(STH).Evidence suggests that the southern forcing is responsible for the planetary quasi-steady anticyclonic Kelvin cat's eye-form flow field inside the nonlinear critical layer,with the eye shifting,vigor and shape changing quite similar to the behaviors of a summer STH,in striking contrast to the northern stationary forcing.As such,the southern boundary-caused cat's eye is likely to be an even more important mechanism for STH genesis and evolution.In addition,a physical mechanism is introduced for quasi-steady planetary wave moving through the critical layer at subtropical latitudes.
