THE INSEMINATION OF GOLDFISH(CARASSIUM AURATUS) OOCYTE MATURED IN VITRO

Full maturation of goldfish oocyte was induced in vitro by 17 a-hydroxy-20B-dihydroprogesterone. The oocyte maturation involves GV migration to the periphery of the oocyte and germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD). In the experiment, incubation duration for GVBD varied in different broods of oocytes. Generally, if the duration for GVBD was shorter than 6 h, oocytes would have a better chance to survive after maturation and insemination. The maturation of nucleus (GV) and cytoplasm are not synchronous. Cytoplasm maturation occurs several hs after GVBD. Oocytes inseminated 8-9 h after GVBD have the highest fertilizing and hatching rate. Fertilized ova matured in vitro can develop to sexually mature adults capable of reproduction.     

THE REACTION TIME OF ORGAN-FORMING SUBSTANCE IN GOLDFISH EGG AND ITS RELATIONSHIP WITH MESODERMAL FORMATION

Fertilized goldfish eggs were dechorionated with a pair of forceps and were cut off along or a little above the equator into animal and vegetative parts at desired stages with a glass needle or ligated into two connected fragments before cleavage with baby hair loop. Some of the ligated eggs were detached by further fastening soon after ligation, and some released later at different stages (2-cell, 16-cell, 128-cell, 512-cell, mid-blastula) to let the organ-forming substance (OFS) enter the blastoderm. The cholinesterase (ChE) in the resulting embryos was assayed. The results are as follows. 1. All the 142 embryos developed from the animal hemispheres cut off or ligated off before cleavage gave rise to hyperblastula in which no ChE activity was observed. 2. All 50 embryos obtained from animal halves isolated at the 8-cell stage produced ChE. 3. 紅透山銅矿的成矿规律及其勘探工作体会

辽宁冶金局物探六分队1957年在清源西南方向约30公里北苍石处,找到了一个中型铜矿床。1958年6月101勘探队开始对该矿区进行地质勘探工作,经过不到半年时间,获得几万吨铜的储量,并立即开展建厂设计工作。通过对该矿区的勘探,不仅在矿产储量上,获得了丰收,而且在成矿规律上也取得了一定的认识。     

有色金属矿产盲矿体找矿方法的探讨

随着国家生产建设的不断发展,盲矿体的找矿工作,越来越成为地质勘探部门的重要任务。尤其在生产建设条件比较优越的地区,由于容易被发现的矿体多已开发,因而对盲矿体的找矿勘探,更显迫切,辽宁的实际情况就是如此。不仅一些老矿山是靠采盲矿持续生产的,而且在保建设方面,很大程度上也将需要靠盲矿体提供资源。     

辽宁地区十年地質工作的主要技术成就

CYTOPLASMIC REGIONALIZATION IN STARFISH OOCYTE OCCURRENCE AND LOCALIZATION OF CYTOPLASMIC DETERMINANTS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FORMATION OF ARCHENTERON AND PRIMARY MESENCHYME IN STARFISH (ASTERIAS AMURENSIS) OOCYTES

Starfish oocytes with intact germinal vesicles (GVs) were cut along desired planes with glass needles or ligated using silk thread loops into two parts and allowed to mature in vitro, and inseminated. The experimental results showed that (1) only the parts with GVs or partial GV contents (PGVCs) cleaved, those without any GV materials did not; but nucleated and non-nucleated fragments cut from mature eggs were able to divide; (2) the development of animal parts of oocytes containing GVs or PGVGs was like that of animal fragments of matured oocytes with female pronuclei; most of them gave rise to permanent blastulae. and just a few formed ectodermal vesicles with a little primary mesenchyme; (3) a large part of vegetal fragments with GVs or PGVCs. and the vegetal parts of mature eggs without female pronuclei developed into small but normal embryos; (4) the fragments containing GVs or PGVCs obtained from the oocytes along a plane parallel to the animal-vegetal (A-V) axis developed as normally as the halve     

遼宁鉛鋅矿床工业类型、成矿特征及今后找矿方向

一、辽宁地區鉛鋅矿床的工业類型对鉛锌矿床工业类型的划分,各学者的意見甚不一致,庫索奇金將鉛锌矿床划分为五类:(1)火山沉积中的热液交代矿床;(2)碳酸盐类岩石中的热液交代矿床;(3)矽嘎岩型矿床;(4)碳酸鹽类岩石中的层狀矿床;(5)热液矿脈。在辽宁除(1)类至今沒有发现外,其余各类都有。已进行生产的有(2)、(3)、(5)三类,正在进行找矿勘探的为(4)类。     

浑北生产矿区外围找矿评价方法介绍

辽宁浑河以北地区的生产矿山外围,地质条件都比较复杂,表土又厚,矿床成因研究程度差,找矿标志不很明显。根据以上特点,我们在找矿、评价时,采用了以下方法,取得了一定成效。现在谈谈我的体会:
