气体是识别构造带展布和活动的敏感组分。对唐山断裂带高空间分辨率气体地球化学测量数据进行了变异函数计算,分析了断裂带活动性与断裂带气体浓度的定量关系。结果表明,断裂带本身结构特性是控制断裂带气体空间分布的主要因素,高倾角断裂在地表以狭长条带状为主要特征,分布气体浓度高值异常,交会处气体浓度高值异常以环带形式围绕断裂分布。沿断裂带走向,各气体浓度呈高值分布,利用变异函数计算,确定各气体组分在测量区域内气体浓度与构造相关的空间范围,据此确定了唐山断裂各段构造敏感气体组分,在断裂带周边圈定出断裂带活动性重点监测区域。断裂带气体浓度克里金插值分析结果表明,唐山地区滦县—乐亭断裂带活动性较强,唐山断裂带次之,蓟运河断裂带活动性最弱。断裂带交会处,浓度高值异常分布更加明显。  相似文献

The tectonically isolated Farnacht Formation consists of calc-alkaline dacitic-andesitic lavas of volcanic arc affinity. It is situated immediately to the south of the Clew Bay Fault Zone (western continuation of the Highland Boundary Fault Zone of Scotland) in the northeast corner of the Lower Palaeozoic South Mayo Trough in northwest Ireland. It has been metamorphosed to biotite grade greenschist facies following the development of a pervasive, c-s composite muscovite, quartz, and feldspar schistosity. The Farnacht Formation may comprise a terrane that is directly unrelated to nearby Ordovician and Silurian rocks; its present position was fixed largely by Wenlock times. The age of the Farnacht Formation and the deformational event(s) that produced the schistosity are not known. 40Ar/39 Ar step heating from four specimens have dated the crystallization of biotite at from 422 ± 2 to 405 ± 14 Ma with a mean age of 413 Ma. These ages date either the post-D2, pre-D3 metamorphic peak, or a hornfelsing of the same structural age related to an unseen thermal source, and provide a minimum age for the end Silurian - early Devonian Caledonian tectonothermal activity in the northeast part of the South Mayo Trough.  相似文献

铂族元素在研究地球化学过程中发挥着越来越重要的示踪作用。根据铂族元素在不同圈层中的分布,可以探索地球的形成历史和地外撞击事件。根据铂族元素之间的分异性,可用来研究岩浆的部分熔融程度、岩石的形成过程以及大地构造环境的判别等。然而,多年来,由于分析手段和分析方法等的限制,对铂族元素在地质作用过程中的化学行为的认识尚欠深入,对其作为地球化学指示剂的研究还存在诸多问题,许多现象尚不能得到很好的解释。本文提出,应加强地质样品中超痕量铂族元素的高精度分析方法研究和铂族元素在地质作用过程中分异行为、分异规律的研究。  相似文献

Anorthositic impact melt rocks, their target rocks (principally anorthosite, mangerite, granodiorite) and zircon clasts from the ∼36-Ma-old, 28-km-wide Mistastin Lake crater of northern Labrador (55°53′N; 63°18′W) have been examined in order to evaluate the scale and origin of compositional heterogeneities in impact melts produced in craters of moderate size. In particular we assess whether and, if so, how the initial composition of the impact melt was modified as it entrained mineral clasts derived from the underlying rocks over which it flowed when it moved away from the shock-induced, central melting zone. A secondary goal was to determine if zircon clasts in the impact melts are present in the proportions of their target rock sources and/or the substrate lithologies over which they flowed. Chemical compositions of bulk samples of 33 melt rocks and 14 target rocks were measured by XRF and SN-ICPMS. Matrix compositions of nine samples of impact melt rocks were determined by EPMA and LA-ICPMS. Zircon grains from four samples of target rock and zircon clasts from three samples of impact melt rock were measured for multi-element composition, U-Pb age and Hf-isotopic composition by LA-(MC)-ICPMS.The data reveal compositional heterogeneities in the impact melts on the scales of both bulk samples and matrices. Bulk samples can be divided into compositions with high and low concentrations of high-field-strength elements (HFSE; Ti, Zr, Nb) and Fe, Ba, Ce and Y. High HFSE-type melt rocks formed when impact melt entrained large quantities of clasts from mangerite, which is rich in HFSE. Matrix compositions of bulk samples do not show the HFSE distinction but are affected by the introduction of low-temperature melts from the clasts to form dispersed, micron-scale silica-rich heterogeneities.The best estimate of sources of the initial impact melt is ∼73% anorthosite, ∼7% mangerite and ∼20% granodiorite, based on least-squares modeling of major-element compositions of the matrices of thinner flows. Zircon derived from anorthosite can be distinguished from zircon from mangerite and granodiorite by higher Nb/Ta and Eu/Eu* ratios and more negative initial ε Hf values. Zircon clasts >40 mm in size in the impact melt rocks are dominantly or exclusively derived from mangerite and granodiorite rather than from anorthosite. Because anorthosite was the principal source of impact melt at Mistastin, zircon may be a poor provenance indicator for anorthosite contributions to impact melts, particularly where grains smaller than 40 microns are not analyzed.  相似文献

Fifteen zircons separated from a mafic dyke in the Chinese Altai give a concordant age population with a weighted mean 206Pb/238U age of 375.5 ± 4.8 Ma, suggesting a Devonian emplacement. On the basis of their mineralogical compositions and textures, the coeval dykes can be divided into gabbroic and doleritic types. They are both sub-alkaline, tholeiitic, characterized by similarly low SiO2 contents (45.2–52.7 wt.%) and total alkaline (K2O + Na2O = 0.99–4.93 wt.%). Rare earth element patterns of the gabbroic dykes are similar to N-MORB (La/YbN = 0.86–1.1), together with their high εNd(t) values (+ 7.6 to + 8.1), indicating that their precursor magma was mainly derived from a N-MORB-type depleted asthenospheric mantle. While the REE patterns of the doleritic dykes resemble that of E-MORB (La/YbN = 1.12–2.28), enriched in LILEs and strongly depleted in HFSEs, with relative low εNd(t) values (+ 3.4 to + 5.4) and high initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7057–0.7060). The zircon Hf isotopic analysis of the doleritic dykes give εHf(t) values from + 10.7 to + 13.8. These signatures suggest that a depleted mantle wedge metasomatized by slab-derived fluids and/or melts was possibly involved in the generation of the doleritic magma. The refractory peridotite may have been melted with variable degrees caused by upwelling of the hot asthenosphere. The petrogenesis of the mafic dykes suggest a high heat flux as a result of upwelling of the hot asthenosphere and the contrast geochemical signatures can be interpreted by a ridge subduction, which could be an important tectonic control in the accretionary process of the Chinese Altai.  相似文献

雨海盆地是月球上研究程度最高的多环结构盆地,月球上古老的和年轻的玄武岩在盆地中均有分布,因此雨海是研究月海玄武岩岩浆活动的理想区域。为了更合理的厘定雨海地区的玄武质岩浆演化历史,本文主要结合岩石学、年代学等工作对本区玄武岩的充填期次进行重新划分。利用嫦娥一号IIM光谱数据进行岩石类型分布图编制,初步划分了5类不同钛含量的月海玄武岩;基于高分辨率100m LRO宽视角影像数据通过撞击坑尺寸-频率定年法(CSFD)对本区玄武岩单元模式年龄进行厘定,共划分35个玄武岩单元,发现本区在3.49~2.23Ga均有玄武质岩浆充填活动,具有多期次性。在建立不同类别玄武岩、形貌特征与模式年龄的对应关系基础上,将玄武岩充填划分为4个期次:极低钛玄武岩(3.49~3.20Ga)、低钛玄武岩(3.29~2.83Ga)、中钛玄武岩(3.13~2.52Ga)、(极)高钛玄武岩(2.92~2.23Ga)。本区地形地貌高程特征与不同表面年龄的玄武岩单元之间总体上呈现出一定的负相关性。因此在本区玄武质岩浆期次划分考虑上,不仅要考虑玄武岩的成分特征,更要考虑结合与玄武岩演化密切相关的年代学及形貌学特征,利用形貌、成分数据和年代学信息来共同约束玄武质岩浆期次划分及演化历史。  相似文献

This study contrasts the effects of human disturbances on two very different lake/catchment systems: Hatch Pond and Beaver Lake, New Hampshire. Hatch is in a steep mountain catchment remote from urban/industrial centers, and is a small, relatively deep, primarily seepage lake with moderate flushing rate. The catchment has been continuously forested, but disturbed by partial loggings and a forest fire. Beaver’s more extensive and gently sloping catchment is much closer to urban/industrial centers, and has been agricultural and recently suburban. Beaver is a larger but shallower drainage lake with much more rapid flushing than Hatch. We compared the sedimentary records and inferred limnological responses to catchment land uses and air pollution inputs of these mesotrophic lakes, and interpreted differing responses as a function of basic differences between the lakes and their catchments. Some chemical and biological variables in the sediment of both lakes respond sensitively to the first disturbances of the catchments by Euro-American settlers. Diatom-inferred Cl at both lakes indicates a modest increase of salinity at this time. Hatch sediment contains a record of soil erosion starting 1810 with first logging and fire. For ~125 years, erosion was largely of upper eluviated soil, but by 1935 it reached deeper into the illuviated (enriched) horizon. Maximal lake trophic state based on diatom-inferred limnological variables occurred in the mid-1900’s period of maximum sedimentation of illuviated soil. The sediment record since 1964 reflects forest maturation, and soil stabilization and acidification, but not lake acidification. At Beaver, the limnological effects of forest clearance and agriculture starting ~1700 were relatively mild due to gentleness of slopes and soil characteristics favoring stability. A near doubling of earth elements, and major increases in trace metal pollutants and coal combustion particles (CCP) occurred in sediment dating around 1900. Landscape analysis as well as historical and sedimentary records preclude the catchment as the major source of these increases. The most likely source is atmospheric fallout of CCP with its metal load. Despite controls on CCP and other emissions starting 1960, concentrations of earth elements and trace metals in Beaver sediment remain high due to soil mobilization by residential development of the catchment. The trophic state of Beaver Lake has increased, but the relative increase has been smaller than at Hatch, despite more intensive land uses and greater aerial inputs at Beaver. We propose that this lesser eutrophication is due to rapid flushing of Beaver Lake with stream water from relatively undeveloped parts of the extensive catchment, and lower sensitivity to nutrient inputs of this naturally more eutrophic lake. A major shift from unicellular to colonial chrysophytes at Hatch starts in the late-1800’s, and at Beaver in the early 1900’s. Colonial taxa in lesser quantities appear at the time of first settlement of the Beaver catchment. At both lakes the shifts are correlated with increasing metal fluxes from the opening of catchment biogeochemical cycles, as with the aforementioned erosional sequence at Hatch. But at Hatch aerial inputs of trace metals, and at Beaver aerial inputs major and trace metals associated with CCP are also correlated with the major chrysophyte shift. It appears that the chrysophytes have responded to stressors associated with both catchment disturbance and regional atmospheric inputs.  相似文献

钾盐是我国的紧缺矿产资源之一,寻找钾盐资源尤其是古钾盐矿床对于我国具有重要的意义。但是由于钾盐易溶,在地表很少有成矿标志,所以加大了找矿的难度。通过论述地球化学方法在蒸发岩研究中的应用情况,指出地球化学方法在寻找钾盐的过程中有着重要的应用,其应用可以概括为:可以判断成盐古卤水的蒸发浓缩阶段和矿床的成矿阶段、揭示盐类矿床的物质来源及其沉积环境、划分蒸发岩的沉积旋回和重现古盐湖的演化过程以及分析成盐盆地的封闭蒸发条件和氧化还原性等。云南兰坪—思茅盆地是我国最具有找钾希望的区域,研究盆地内蒸发岩的地球化学特征对于在盆地内寻找钾盐矿床具有重要的指示意义。  相似文献

本文研究的井冈山地区位于华夏地块中部,在早古生代寒武纪-奥陶纪时期沉积了巨厚的泥砂质韵律岩层夹碳酸盐岩和含碳岩层.它们具有较高的SiO_2(53.12%~86.37%,平均为70.16%)和Al_2O_3含量(5.43%~22.70%,平均为13.54%),高的Al_2O_3/(CaO+Na_2O)(1.36~174.6,平均为45.5)与K_2O/Na_2O比值(1.0~64.7,平均为20.4)以及低的TiO_2(0.30%~0.95%,平均为0.62%)和CaO含量(0.05%~6.05%,平均为0.63%).它们具有与上地壳相似的微量元素和稀土元素组成,即富集大离子亲石元素和轻稀土元素,铕负异常明显.它们的主量元素、微量元素和稀土元素特征显示其沉积环境主要为被动大陆边缘浅海环境,物源区被剥蚀物质以上地壳成分为主.根据研究区内早古生代沉积物中没有蛇绿岩和火山岩、Ce异常较弱、有机碳的δ~13C_org值较低(-30.2‰~-25.4‰)、以及在沉积物中普遍发育的浅海沉积标志,如波痕、荷重模、泥砾、小型斜层理、含腕足类和腹足类等生物化石的灰岩透镜体等,认为研究区在早古生代时期不是洋盆,而是浅海-半深海或陆壳海槽,是由成冰纪时期的裂解事件,使原先的华南地块被肢解成许多次级块体(如武夷、赣中南、云开等)、各块体间成为浅海盆地的结果.  相似文献
