浙江省“四化”协调发展的时空演变

借鉴协调发展度模型,探索了浙江省工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化(简称"四化")之间协调发展状态的时空演变,并分别分析了四者在"四化"协调发展中的功能大小与方向。结果表明:(1)浙江省"四化"协调发展水平逐渐提高,浙东北地区的协调发展水平高于浙西南地区。"四化"协调发展水平与区域的地势地貌、工农业基础、基础设施建设等因素有关。(2)浙江省"四化"水平均逐渐提高,在研究前期四者发展缓慢,研究后期均发展迅速。"四化"之中的两两相对发展度没有固定的模式,与发展历程、经济社会基础、主导产业和城市功能等因素有关。(3)定量分析表明,浙江省"四化"协调发展中农业现代化发挥的作用最大,城镇化作用次之,工业化的作用非常微弱,而信息化则没有发挥作用。(4)浙江省在"四化"协调发展中要重视农业现代化建设,进一步挖潜城镇化和工业化的促进作用,理顺信息化与其他三者的关系。各地区要因地制宜地制定"四化"协调发展的政策和措施。     

利益分享:农户与农业龙头企业联结机制研究——以广东省为例

在对目前农户和农业龙头企业联结中最常见的订单型关系进行分析的基础上,提出一系列改善农户和农业龙头企业利益关系的对策:(1)培育代表农民利益的中介组织,(2)农业龙头企业要担当社会责任,(3)政府要给予农业龙头企业支持,(4)建立健全农户和龙头企业的利益分配机制,(5)龙头企业加大对农户服务力度。     

PETROCHEMICALS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: THE IMPLICATIONS OF THE PUERTO RICAN EXPERIENCE*

The oil refining and petrochemical industries have occupied an important role in Puerto Rico's development strategy since the early 1960s. However, the hopes epitomized in various planning models of highly integrated and diversified oil-based industrial complexes have not been fulfilled. This paper attempts to account for the discrepancy between official expectations and subsequent events in Puerto Rico and indicates some of the lessons for other developing countries.     

INDUSTRIAL LINKAGES AND RURAL INDUSTRIALIZATION: A CASE STUDY OF HENAN PROVINCE, CHINA

The fast growth of rural industry in China has generated regional development of large rural areas. What role does industrial linkages play in Chinese rural industrialization? This is a same question as the relation between industrial linkages and regional development which has been discussed for decades and no final conclusion reached. The paper pursues the discussion and focuses on rural areas in China with special reference to Henan Province. On the basis of data from an investigation on nearly 200 industrial enterprises, this study emphasizes that the linkages play a very important role in spreading development of industry in rural areas. It is recommended that the national policies should prompt industrial linkages to upgrade the technological level of rural industry and to integrate rural industry with urban industry.

针对GPS卫星应用产业化背景，和北斗导航卫星应用产业发展有益经验，对基于北斗导航卫星应用实现自主卫星导航产业化进行研究，提出了增强自主创新能力，实现北斗导航卫星应用产业化的有益建议。     

K—01捕收剂成功用于湖北省南漳红星磷矿

内容湖北省宜昌地区南漳县红星磷矿为典型的中低品位沉积磷块岩,选矿厂设计处理能力为500t/d原矿,生产工艺为常温反浮选回收磷矿物。采用中化地质矿山总局地质研究院研制生产的K-01新型捕收剂,以硫酸替代磷酸作为抑制剂,可以低成本工业化生产出磷精矿。     

CO2 emissions and their bearing on China＇s economic development： the long view

Greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions in China have aroused much interest, and not least in recent evidence of their reduction. Our intent is to place that reduction in a larger context, that of the process of industrialization. A lengthy time perspective is combined with a cross-sectional approachChina plus five other countries-and addressed through two general models. The findings are salutary. First, they suggest that a diversified economic structure is consistent with diminished intensity in energy use. Secondly, and the obverse of the first, they imply that a diversified energy structure promotes reductions in CO2 emissions. Finally, one is led inevitably to the conclusion that, together, the findings point to a path for countries to transform their economies while at the same time undertaking to drastically moderate their energy use, switching from a pattern of heavy carbon emissions to one in which lighter carbon emissions prevail. The implications of such findings for environmental management are enormous.

中国煤层气产业化发展的机遇与挑战

西部大开发战略中，西气东输工程的启动，为中国煤层气的产业化发展提供了良机，管网建设，资金投入，气源补给以及对外合金项目的实施使得沿线的煤层气开发成为可能，无烟煤，构造发育区的煤层气开发是我国煤层产业化发展遇到的最大挑战，必须结合我国的地质条件，储层特性进行科技攻关，才能探索出适合我国煤层气开发的新路子。     

河南农区工业化途径研究

本文通过对豫东、豫北等河南农业主产区８０年代以来工业化进程的调研分析，在总结经验教训的基础上，针对这些地区工业发展的特殊条件，提出了平原农区工业化的基本思路和途径，主导产业的选择和注意处理的几个问题
