坡缕石精细鉴定的粉末X射线衍射法

对安徽官山两个含镁量不同的坡缕石进行了粉末X射线衍射(XRD)分析,结果表明其中富镁者为正交晶系、贫镁者为单斜晶系矿物,细化了判别坡缕石晶系的X射线粉末衍射标志。在排除石英和蒙脱石或伊利石的影响后,若图谱中出现d值为0.446 nm和0.428 nm的衍射线,则可认为在该凹凸棒粘土中含有正交晶系坡缕石。晶胞参数计算结果亦表明富镁坡缕石为一正交晶系坡缕石,贫镁坡缕石为一单斜晶系坡缕石。     

矿物数字博物馆的建设构想与实现

在基于互联网的应用、信息数字化、多种技术发展较为成熟及适应公众需求的基础上,对矿物数字博物馆的建设做了简要的分析,将矿物按矿物一结晶学分类方案将馆藏矿物进行合理的分类,设计了七大功能结构和相应的子结构,并对矿物所要展示的内容设定了标准.建设矿物数字博物馆旨在利用三维技术、多媒体技术、文字信息等,将矿物从宏观的外形到抽象的晶体形态和微观的晶体结构及其最小单位结构通过网络的形式具体展现给观众.矿物数字博物馆的建设可以为人们认知整个矿物世界搭建一个良好的平台,在科研教学、推动国民科学普及教育、培养创新人才方面发挥重要作用.     

UV-B辐射对海洋微藻抗氧化系统的影响

研究了UV－B辐射对两种海洋微藻－小新月菱形藻（Ntzschia closterlum)和亚心形扁藻（Platymonas subcordiforming)的抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明：在本实验的辐射剂量范围内，随着UV－B辐射剂量的增强，两种藻的抗氧化防御系统的非酶性组分还原型谷胱甘肽（GSH）和类胡萝卜素（CAR）的含量随之下降；抗氧化防御系统的酶性组分超氧化歧化酶（SOD）和过氧化氢酶（CAT）的活性逐渐降低。加入外源性抗氧化剂GSH可减轻UV－B辐射对藻的伤害。分析表明海洋微藻的UV－B伤害是由于抗氧化防御系统遭到破坏而导致活性氧积累的结果。     

基于Windows CE水准测量应用软件的设计与实现

根据水准测量实际问题，抽象出水准测量应用软件的需求与功能，在此基础上，利用基于Windows CE应用软件开发工具——eMbedded Visual Basic，设计和开发了水准测量应用软件。该系统利用EVB提供的强大的可视化功能，为用户创建窗体式程序界面，使用中通过窗体的相互调用，完成用户对水准测量外业记簿、检核和平差计算的基本需求。     

九脊游仆虫(Euplotes novemcarinata Wang,1930)的纤毛下器与银线系研究(纤毛动物门,腹毛目)

九脊游仆虫(Euplotes novemcarinata Wang、1930)是土壤及淡水中生活的原生动物。本文对其重要的分类特征诸如银线系及纤毛下器做了形态学研究,确认了其分类地位,并比较了国外迄今的研究工作,在此基础上,将同物异名苔藓游仆虫(E.muscicolaKahl、1932)作了归并。     

海洋环境立体监测系统的设计方法

“九五”和“十五”期间,在国家海洋863计划的支持下,我国分别在上海和台湾海峡及毗邻海域建立了两个区域性海洋环境立体监测示范系统。在这两个示范系统的技术研究成果的基础上,通过分析国际海洋立体监测系统的设计模型,提出了区域性海洋环境立体监测系统的设计原则和设计方法,包括:系统结构、数据与信息服务通信网络、数据处理中心、数据流程以及系统功能等方面的设计方法。     

海洋综合测量声学系统间信号干扰的分析

针对海洋综合测量多种声学测量系统间的窄带相干声学干扰现象进行了理论分析，并针对克服窄带干扰提出了一些具有实用价值的建议。     

Long-Term Effect of TMD on Vibration Control of An MDOF Offshore Fixed Platform

A three-dimensional fixed offshore platform in deep water modeled by the finite element method is studied in this paper. Analysis of the dynamic response of the MDOF structure is realized taking the non-linearity of the wave drag force and the wave-structure interaction into account. The structural response statistics, which have Gaussian distributions, are used to evaluate the vibration effect of the structure without TMD and with TMD. And an optimal method to design TMD controlling the first mode of the multi-mode structure is proposed. Moreover, the probabilities of occurrence of sea states at the platform site are considered for prediction of the long-term effect of a TMD. Simulation results demonstrate that the long-term effect of a well-designed TMD is good and the practical use is possible due to the good stability of its optimal parameters under different sea states.

The optimum control of thruster system for dynamically positioned vessels

An offshore vessel with a dynamic positioning system (DP system) needs fast response to produce thrust to counteract the environmental forces acting on it for the purpose of maintaining its position and heading as close as possible to the working position. Therefore, quick and effective modulation of the thrust is the problem to determine the thrust and the rotation angle of the thruster devices of the ship. This paper presents an effective optimum control for a thruster system, using the sequential quadratic method to achieve economical and effective modulation of the thrust and the direction of the thruster. An optimum control study of a 2280 tons DP coring vessel with five rotary azimuth thruster marine positioning is studied in detail, which can quickly and exactly estimate the thrusts and angles of direction of all the thrusters. The results can provide a valuable thruster system for a dynamically positioned vessel.
