On strategies and automation in upgrading 2D to 3D landscape representations

3D scenes within all media indicate a societal preference shift toward 3D presentations. In spite of wide data availability and successful standardization efforts in 3D modeling, it is not a standard practice to offer large-scale topographic references to the end user in the form of 3D models. This motivates to propose automated strategies for the generation of closed 3D representations of a complete urban landscape, which at the same time account for capabilities of consumer-class devices. The campus of Dresden University of Technology served as a test case. The final appearance of the 3D model will be steered directly by the original geographic information system (GIS) data source. Such a “schematic model” displays source classes and attributes by nonphotorealistic rendering. A tested generic workflow can be presented, which programmatically integrates attributed 2D GIS entities and digital elevation model data, checks for compliancy with consistency rules and generates a slim geometric model. Only detailed GIS references can be considered to allow close-range visualization as needed in virtual walks. In delegating the geometric processing to automated workflows, playing room is gained for as well innovative as expressive texturing and, thus, design of the final 3D model.

基于WfMC规范与CORBA技术提出了工作流管理系统的中间件实现方案，设计出方案的体系结构，实现了工作流引擎以及对引擎的中间件封装。在实际应用中，该方案表现出了良好的可扩展性与可配置性。     

基于BPEL的空间信息服务设计与实现

在分析空间信息服务过程组成要素的基础上,提出以工作流的方式来进行服务过程的信息转换和传输,实现用户需求与空间信息之间的交互。并在标准WS—BPEL2．0的基础上,实现一种以过程为中心的SOA空间信息服务,同时详细介绍了在基于BPEL的服务实现中所涉及的各个过程和方法。     

协同式柔性信息化航测生产管理模型

针对信息化测绘体系下,新兴航测技术更迭加快,航测生产中技术装备和软件扩充、基础地理信息数据增多、技术人员结构化、生产流程复式化导致传统管理模式已无法满足业务发展需求的问题,该文立足航测生产单位实际,分析信息化航测生产发展现状,提出构建协同式柔性航测生产管理模型的方法。基于该模型,设计开发信息化航测生产管理系统。最后,通过四川省遥感信息测绘院信息化测绘生产试点示范基地建设进行应用实践。     

A cyber-enabled spatial decision support system to inventory Mangroves in Mozambique: coupling scientific workflows and cloud computing

Mangroves are an important terrestrial carbon reservoir with numerous ecosystem services. Yet, it is difficult to inventory mangroves because of their low accessibility. A sampling approach that produces accurate assessment while maximizing logistical integrity of inventory operation is often required. Spatial decision support systems (SDSSs) provide support for integrating such a sampling design of fieldwork with operational considerations and evaluation of alternative scenarios. However, this fieldwork design driven by SDSS is often computationally intensive and repetitive. In this study, we develop a cyber-enabled SDSS framework to facilitate the computationally challenging fieldwork design that requires the efficacious selection of base camps and plots for the inventory of mangroves. Our study area is the Zambezi River Delta, Mozambique. Cyber-enabled capabilities, including scientific workflows and cloud computing, are integrated with the SDSS. Scientific workflows enable the automation of data and modeling tasks in the SDSS. Cloud computing offers on-demand computational support for interoperation among stakeholders for collaborative scenario evaluation for the fieldwork design of mangrove inventory. Further, this framework allows for harnessing high-performance computing capabilities for accelerating the fieldwork design. The cyber-enabled framework provides significant merits in terms of effective coordination among science and logistical teams, assurance of meeting inventory objectives, and an objective basis to collectively and efficaciously evaluate alternative scenarios.

浅谈测绘司法鉴定的工作流程体系

测绘司法鉴定作为一项特殊工作,越来越受到重视。但由于其工作流程体系的缺失,存在较大的隐患和风险。本文通过对测绘司法鉴定的法律、标准、原则及工作的法规性研究,总结出测绘司法鉴定的作业流程体系,为此项工作的开展提供了一套可供参考的解决方案,具有重要的实践意义。     

大庆市房产地理信息系统开发的若干关键技术研究

针对大庆市房屋产权市场交易管理业务的需要,提出了大庆市房产地理信息系统三层结构模型(Client+SDE+Oracle9i)的开发模式。对系统开发过程中的图文一体化、工作流技术与GIS功能的无缝集成、B/S和基于Web的C/S混合多层体系等关键技术进行了深入研究和探讨,结合大庆市房产地理信息系统的设计目标,提出具体的解决方案,实现房产空间图形数据与属性数据的无缝集成。     

基于OpenGIS的空间信息工作流管理系统框架研究

空间信息工作流技术是将工作流技术引入GIS领域管理空间过程的新技术,其理论体系和标准化程度还比较薄弱。该文以WfMC工作流规范和OpenGIS规范为基础,提出一个空间信息工作流管理系统框架及其实现规范。该框架可以较好的解决空间信息工作流管理系统的系统集成与互操作等问题。     

基于SOA的任务调度框架设计与实现

结合面向服务的体系结构(Service-Oriented Architecture,SOA)的思想,依托工作流引擎技术建立一套任务调度框架,以满足气象预报管理任务对业务节点、流程和场景灵活便捷调度的需求。通过实现以节点为中心的功能算法一体化管控,满足流程节点构件化注册和资源复用;通过可配置的流程装配模式,实现在气象预报业务任务的快速编排;通过流程场景描述和状态可视化跟踪的模式,实现对业务流程全生命周期的可视化监控。该研究成果在气象预报管理业务系统中得到应用,取得较好的效果。
