The Depth Limits of Red Sea Stony Corals: An Ecophysiological Problem (A Deep Diving Survey by Submersible) 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Abstract. Along the Sinai coast of the Red Sea a deep diving survey with the research submersible GEO investigated the depth distribution of stony corals. 47 hermatypic species were identified below 50 m; 9 species extended below 100 m. Their depth distributions are related to light penetration. Observed changes in hermatype growth forms with depth were investigated and interpreted as photo-adaptations. 10 species of ahermatypic corals were found between 100–205 m. Ahermatype growth forms are adaptations to plankton feeding and do not change with depth. 相似文献

The pharyngeal dental formula ofMylopharyngodon piceus is 4–5 as a rule, and the dentition is asymmetrical. It is difficult to identify each tooth in the larval dentition. In this
paper the appearance pattern of tooth germ with development process in this fish is described in detail. The formation pattern
of the left dentition is contrasted with that of the right one. In the developmental process, the left pharyngeal dentition
lacks teeth at position An3. Thus the left dentition is D-type as designated by Nakajima (1984), while the right one is A-type.

石漠化实质是在喀斯特地质环境条件下人类需求与资源承栽力矛盾的结果。因此,石漠化的治理必须“防”、“治”结合,“标”“本”兼治,才能达到最佳效果。本文在分析石漠化形成和发展实质的基础上从预防的角度提出了石漠化整治的地学基本模式,阐述了地学模式建立的基本思想、模式基本特征及内涵、模式实施的途径。模式立足于提高资源的承载力、协调资源的供需矛盾,与其他生态修复模式配合,将对喀斯特山区石漠化的综合整治起到积极的作用。 相似文献
