波浪作用下潜标拖缆动力学分析

对三维潜标拖缆在规则波作用下的动力响应进行了研究,首先基于集中质量法给出了缆绳在规则波作用下的控制方程,然后提出了两种不同类型的自由端边界条件:质点型和艇型自由端边界条件,前者把拖体视为作三个自由度线运动的质点,而后者把拖体视为作六自由度运动的艇体,最后用有限差分法进行了数值研究。数值计算结果表明潜标拖缆在规则波的作用下,不仅作近似的简谐振动,还会在横向、垂向产生一个偏移量,该偏移量的大小随浪向角的变化而变化,另外受遭遇频率的影响,振动的幅值也随浪向角的变化而呈现不同的特征。     

西太平洋暖池区热带波动的天气效应

为了探讨西太平洋暧地区热带波动的天气效应，利用1980年2－9月140°E日本静止卫星纬度时间剖面卫星云图，分析了5d和14d左右周期热带波动云的演变特征，井综合分析了14d周期的云系演变型式与流场的关系，为预报热带中期天气变化规律提供了依据；热带波动中30－60d大气低频振荡的云量变化最显著，北半球夏半年热带波动的天气压主要在10°N－0°，各半年在10°N－10°S，超过这个区域热带云量的港分布型式就有明显的变化。     

螺旋藻多糖对小鼠S-180肉瘤的免疫抑制作用

研究了螺旋藻多糖对小鼠S-180肉瘤的抑制作用。结果显示：螺旋藻多糖在50—200μg／g的剂量范围对小鼠S-180肉瘤均有一定的抑制作用，具有明显升高小鼠外周血白细胞的功能，促进荷瘤小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化作用，并有较好的剂量—效应关系，促进荷瘤小鼠脾NK细胞对靶细胞的细胞毒作用。提示螺旋藻多糖可通过全面调节机体的免疫功能，刺激T细胞、NK细胞等功能来达到控制和杀灭肿瘤细胞的目的。     

Experimental study of the breaking limit of multi-directional random waves passing over an impermeable submerged breakwater

This study investigates experimentally the breaking wave height of multi-directional random waves passing over an impermeable submerged breakwater. Experiments have been conducted in a three-dimensional wave basin equipped with a multi-directional random wave generator. A special type of wave gauge has been newly devised to record the water surface elevations in the breaker zone as accurately as possible. The records are analyzed to estimate the location and limit of wave breaking. Comparisons have also been made with the results of regular waves. The influence of the incident wave conditions on the breaking wave height normalized by the breakwater dimensions has been investigated. Empirical formulae have been presented to estimate the breaking limit of multi-directional random waves based on the experimental records. The formulae have been tested and found to work well not only for multi-directional random waves, but for regular waves as well.     

Regression Formulations for the Stress at Hot Spot of Multiplanar Tubular DT Joints

- Stress concentration analysis of multiplanar tubular DT joints plays an important role in the fatigue design of offshore platforms. A semi-analytic method for stress analysis under the condition of any loads is briefly introduced in the paper. Nineteen multiplanar tubular DT joints with one of two braces of the same dimension subjected to axial loads and out- of- plane bending moments are computed for parametric stress analysis by using the present method. The influence of geometrical parameters on the stresses of multiplanar tubular DT joints is discussed and compared with corresponding uniplanar T joints. The regression formulae for the stress at hot spot of multiplanar DT joints are found by modification of SCF of corresponding uniplanar T joints. The parametric formulae for the maximum stress by superposition. Finally, the influences of stiffening effect and load-interaction effect on the maximum stress of DT joints are discussed.     

龙须菜和扁江篱多糖的组成及其抗肿瘤效果

于１９８５－１９８７年期间用冷水和热水对采集于青岛的龙须菜和扁江篱的琼胶型多糖进行提取。两海藻的热水提取多糖都通过ＤＥＡＥ－ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＡ５０色谱桩用热水和不同浓度ＮａＣｌ深液前后进行洗脱分级。龙须菜和扁江篱多糖的主要级分分别为０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ和１．０ｍｏｌ／ＬＮａＣｌ洗脱级分。对各级分做化学分析及ＩＲ和＾１３ＣＮＭＲ光谱分析。结果表明，龙须菜多糖由琼二糖、琼胶糖前体和６－ＯＣＨ３－琼二糖组成     

龙口港湾大振幅假潮的成因分析

龙口湾位于山东半岛北部,莱州湾东北隅,为莱州湾的一个附属海湾.海湾湾口朝向西南,湾廓近似半圆形,属半封闭海湾.龙口验潮站位于湾顶(图1),水深7m.     

伪卫星关键技术分析

对伪卫星实际应用中所面临的几项关键技术进行了论述,并重点研究了伪卫星空中基站的自身定位问题。从陆地上空伪卫星和海上伪卫星两个方面进行了仿真计算,分析了其几何精度因子随定位星座布局变化的规律,设计了最终的定位方案。

就混养虾池中滤食性贝类如何影响虾池整个生态系统这个问题，综合了国内外这方面的文献，从滤食性贝类对混养虾池的水质、底质和其中的浮游植物、浮游动物的影响，以及混养对养殖效益的影响这几个方面作了探讨。
