我国应建立测绘监理制度

测绘监理是依据测绘行政法规和技术标准 ,综合运用法律、经济、行政、技术标准和有关政策 ,为确保测绘行为的合法性和科学性对测绘项目所进行的全过程有效监控。建立一套符合中国国情的测绘工程监理制度 ,对我国的测绘行政管理具有十分重要的意义     

IMU/DGPS数据在1∶50000 DOM生产中的应用

IMU/DGPS(惯导测量仪/差分全球定位系统)技术航测成图法可直接获取外方位元素,缩短航测成图周期,降低航测成本。通过相应的试验及具体生产的实施,阐明利用该技术获取的控制数据进行1∶50000DOM制作的技术流程及作业过程中出现问题的处理方法。     

数字滤波技术在射电天文测量中的应用

随着数字技术的发展，数字信号处理芯片的速度越来越快，这为高速数字滤波的实时实现提供了可能。简要阐述了数字滤波的原理，并对两种数字滤波的实现方法进行了分析；给出了数字滤波较模拟滤波的优势；介绍了数字滤波在射电天文测量中的各种应用。     

Gigamasers: the key to the dust-obscured star formation history of the Universe?

A numerical model of the Leonid stream is developed, based on an earlier model which has been applied to the Perseid stream. The results for this model are applied to the 2001 Leonid return. By examining the full three-dimensional dispersion of individual 'streamlets' released from the Leonid parent comet, 55P/Tempel–Tuttle, we have derived an estimate for the temporal change in spatial density of each trail. Using this result along with an estimate for the location of the centres for individual streamlets and fits to previous Leonid storm profiles, we estimate that the activity from the shower will be broad and relatively strong (zenithal hourly rates perhaps in excess of 1000). In particular, streamlets from the 1766 and 1799 ejections contribute to activity peaking near 10 and 12 ut on 2001 November 18, respectively. Additional older material from 1633, 1666 and 1699, as well as more recent ejections from 1866 and 1833, contributes to a much broader secondary maximum near 17.5 ut on November 18. Comparison with other published models of predicted Leonid activity in 2001 shows general agreement in terms of timing, but the models differ significantly in terms of the relative magnitude of the activity (which other models suggest will be larger). Significant anisotropy in the impact hazard exists for satellites in the geostationary belt, with those over western longitudes most likely to be affected. Integrated fluences for the 2001 Leonid return suggest a hazard of order one magnitude greater than occurred for the 1999 Leonid storm.

40Ar/39 mineral ages from the Scituate Granite, Rhode Island: implications for Late Palaeozoic tectonothermal activity in New England

The alkalic Scituate Granite was emplaced into crystalline sequences within the New England Esmond–Dedham terrane in the Late Devonian ( c. 370 Ma). Variably recrystallized amphibole (iron-rich, hastingsite–hastingsitic hornblende) from four variably deformed samples of the pluton record south-westerly younging ⁴⁰Ar/³⁹Ar plateau ages ranging between 276 and 263 Ma. These are interpreted to date diachronous cooling through temperatures appropriate for intracrystalline retention of argon following late Palaeozoic orogenic activity. Iron-rich biotite concentrates from the samples record only slightly younger ages, and therefore suggest relatively rapid post-metamorphic cooling. The ⁴⁰Ar/³⁹Ar ages indicate that the late Palaeozoic tectonothermal overprint was much more regionally pervasive than was previously considered. The apparent timing of this activity is similar to previous estimates for the chronology of high-grade metamorphism throughout the adjacent Hope Valley terrane and for phases of ductile movement on the intervening Lake Char–Honey Hill fault system.     

Sol－gel法制取Al_2O_3系陶瓷涂层的组织与性能

用多种分析手段分析了Ｓｏｌ－ｇｅｌ法制取的Ａｌ２Ｏ３系陶瓷涂层在烧结过程中的组织变化以及烧结后涂层的成分和组织结构；对涂层的高温抗氧化性、耐蚀性、耐磨性以及涂层与金属基体的结合力进行了测试，结果表明，Ｓｏｌ－ｇｅｌ法制取的Ａｌ２Ｏ３系陶瓷涂层由氧化物晶体、过渡相和玻璃体混合而成，涂层与基体之间有很好的结合力，金属基体的抗氧性、耐蚀性、耐磨性能有明显提高．     

Evidence for Chemical Heterogeneity in the Nucleus of C/1995 O1 (Hale–Bopp)

We present an analysis of OH, CN, and C₂ jets observed in thecoma of Comet Hale–Bopp on UT April 22, 23, and 25, 1997. Monte Carlomodels designed to simulate the gas jets were employed to analyze thenuclear active areas responsible for the observed coma gas jets. Ourresults indicate that four active areas are necessary to reproduce theCN and C₂ jets while five active areas are required to simulatethe OH jets. The additional OH active area must produce significantlevels of OH, but cannot emit measurable quantities of either carbonradical. This difference suggests that the nucleus of Comet Hale–Boppis chemically heterogeneous.
