《遥感概论实验》课程教学改革与实践

本文结合"遥感概论实验"课程的具体实践,以突出地物反射特性、地物热辐射特性和后向散射特性三条主线为出发点,基于互联网免费卫星遥感数据,建设遥感教学资源数据库,并科学构建实践教学内容体系,开展以项目教学为引导的遥感课堂教学方法和新的考核方式改革等手段,促进学生创新思维和综合运用遥感能力的培养,提高遥感实践课程的教学质量。     

对目前我国高校非开挖技术教育的思考

非开挖技术是一项新兴技术,自非开挖技术引入我国以来,发展迅速。但我国高校的非开挖技术教育发展却显得相对缓慢。通过对我国高校非开挖技术教育现状的分析,初步探讨了我国高校非开挖技术教育水平提升的有关问题。     

地理信息系统专业教学实践与改革探索

本文通过对当前GIS专业就业面临的挑战以及高校地理信息系统专业教学中存在的若干问题进行了深入研究,针对课程体系设置、教学考核模式、实践教学、师资队伍建设、学术交流等方面提出了改革措施和建议,这些措施已在教学实践中尝试使用,并取得了较好效果.

以湖北省《荆楚辉煌30年》主题地图集的编制为例,简要介绍了为纪念湖北省改革开放30周年服务的专题地图集的制作意义及表示内容,探讨了反映湖北省改革开放戍就的专题选择及制作过程中出现的问题及解决方法。     

Forest tenure reform in the age of climate change: Lessons for REDD+

Numerous authors have stressed the importance of guaranteeing and protecting the tenure and human rights of indigenous and other forest-based communities under schemes for reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation (REDD, or REDD+); and important international indigenous organizations have spoken out strongly against REDD+. This article examines two specific issues that present risks for local communities: rights to forests and rules for resource use. It draws on the findings of a study conducted by the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) on forest tenure reforms in selected countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America from 2006 to 2008. The study underlines the numerous obstacles faced by communities after rights are won, in moving from statutory rights to their implementation and to access to benefits on the ground. It argues that there is currently little reason to expect better results from national policies under REDD+ without binding agreements to protect local rights.

East-Central Europe's changing energy landscapes: a place for geography

Energy developments in the post-Communist states of Eastern and Central Europe (ECE) have a major impact on global energy security and sustainability, thanks to this region's key geographical position between the energy-exporting states of the former Soviet Union, on the one hand, and the energy-importing states of Western and Southern Europe, on the other. At the same time, post-socialist reforms of energy industries in this region provide unique insights into the complex relations of power, economic transformation and spatial inequality that govern energy production and consumption. This paper therefore aims to provide an initial look at some of the theoretical and policy issues that underpin the emergent 'geographies' of energy reform in ECE, as well as their embeddedness in relations of power stemming from organisational, infrastructural and economic inequalities in the region. It employs an analysis of local news reports, policy papers and statistical data to examine the intricate institutional networks and spatial formations that have governed the energy transformation process. In broader terms, the paper aims to emphasise the important role that human geography can play in making sense of the territorial differences and frictions that have emerged during the post-socialist reform process, while challenging the idea of a 'neat' neoliberal transition from a centrally planned to a market-based mode of energy regulation .     

非测绘专业测量学课程改革的实践与思考

介绍我校工业总图设计等专业测量学课程为适应专业培养目标的需要,在教学内容选择、教学改革实践与思考方面的作法与体会,对非测绘专业测量学课程内容的调整、教学手段改革等有一定的参考意义。     

中国市县空间隶属关系的历史启示与改革优化

市管县体制确立以来,地级市成为了中国统县政区的主体。虽然统县政区与辖县的行政隶属关系明确,但现今存在的市县同城而治现象与少数民族自治州城市的管理模式,使一些市县的空间隶属关系不甚明晰,这很大程度上源于中国历史上长期存在的附郭县制度。中国传统的行政区划体系中,统县政区与辖县的空间隶属关系一直比较模糊,二者主要依靠附郭县建立起长效的空间联系。清末以后,附郭县被大量裁撤,随着城市型政区和市辖区兴起,传统的由附郭县管理城市的“城乡合治”模式走向“城乡分治”。20世纪,统县政区与辖县的空间隶属关系逐渐完成了历史演替,走向界线化、明确化的方向。新时期的行政区划改革,尤其是市县空间隶属关系的优化,应充分考量中国发展实际,重视中国政区发展的历史积淀过程。     

应用型本科院校“摄影测量学”教学改革探讨

针对"摄影测量学"课程内容丰富且理论抽象、课时数有限,以及当前应用型本科院校"摄影测量学"课程教学中存在的实验内容单一、考核形式欠科学等问题,从优化教学内容、丰富教学手段、创新教学模式以及改进考核方式等方面逐步实现"摄影测量学"课程的教学改革。结果表明,通过课程改革可激发学生的学习兴趣,增强学生分析和解决实际工程问题的能力,学生综合素质得到提高,取得较好的教学效果。
