浚县矿产资源补偿费征收提前超半

今年以来，浚县国土资源局创新矿产资源补偿费征管措施，取得明显成效。至4月底，矿产资源补偿费征收额同比去年增长17．5％，提前两个月完成全年任务的51％，创历史新高。     

Study on numerical simulation to water lowering in an open coal mine digging

In view of the situation of excavation of open coal mine for the underground water disaster,we should carry out simulation studies for the numerical value of the water lowering project and improve the accuracy and the level of the water lowering project.On the basis of the hydrological geological conditions of certain open mine digging,a more reasonable seepage numerical model was built according to MODFLOW.It was simulated in advance that the process of the confined water level descending with the time,and combining with the actual observations to test the correctness of the model.The calculation showed that the results coincided well with the results of actual measurement.Based on this,different water lowering numerical simulations were built for the open coal mine digging.It could be simulated and forecast that the changes of the groundwater level in drainage process within and outside the mine pit,and it was quantitatively assessed that the possible water lowering result of the opencast water drainage process,which provide an important basis for the actual water lowering project and the possible project disposal.     

IRAS 14122－5947：一颗新发现的超长周期变星

ＩＲＡＳ１４１２２－５９４７是一颗新发现的变星，其Ｉｃ星等的变幅超过５．５，光变周期可能是１９３５天或３９３０天，近红外光谱与ＯＨ／ＩＲ星相似，并具有一个冷的尘埃包层。对ＳＥＤ模型拟合结果表明，它在ＡＧＢ最终阶段的质量流失率为３．６（－６）Ｍ⊙／ｙｒ．我们认为它可能是处在ＡＧＢ的最后阶段，质量流失时而进行时而停止。     

CGC2星历框架

为了研究激光天文动力学空间任务概念，我们建立了CGC2星历框架及演算法。在此框架中，我们考虑了太阳，九大行星，月球等十一个主要天体和492颗直径大于65km的小行星。我们使用后牛顿运动方程式及Rnge-Kutta四阶数值方法，取的演进间距为0．01天。鉴于个人计算机的进展，此星历之演算在个人计算机上即可进行，算法及程序公开，可供研究者方便使用。在和JPL DE405之算法比较时，我们使用DE 405星历之参及初始值学演算并将其和DE 405之差与DE 403和DE405之差比较。结果显示，显示CGC2星历与DE405星历之演算结果相近。若要进一步成为独立的星历，则需重新拟合所有有效的观测数据。此公开的框架并可望在未来有新数据时供研究者改进。     

不同甘蔗品种锤度与糖分的关系

使用大田实验数据和实验室数据建立了实验室锤度和田间锤度与甘蔗糖分关系的数学模型。统计分析表明，实验室锤度、田间锤度与糖分间均存在显著的线性关系，并且实验室锤度——糖分关系与大田锤度——糖分关系存在显著性(α=0．05)差异；而不同甘蔗品种间的田间锤度——糖分关系无显著性差异(α=0．05)。故不同的取样方法应使用不同的方程来估计甘蔗糖分；而不同甘蔗品种间田问锤度——糖分关系可用同一模型来描述。对三个供试甘蔗品种应用该模型进行实测验证，实测与预测值的相对误差均在7％以内。
