澳门自由港优势与深水港口开发：澳门发展路向研究之二

本文通过对澳门自由港与港口历史发展的回顾,指出了由于澳门没有深水港口,其自由港和单独关税区,尤其是“欧共市”特殊贸易关系等优势受到限制。论述了建设深水港是发挥自由优势,振兴澳没经济,将澳门建设成为南中国通向世界的“第二个香港”的必由之路。     

Stability Analysis of Aquatic-Sand Pile Composite Foundation Reinforcing for New Shore-Connecting Structure

The Yangshan deepwater port is the only container port built in the islands off the mainland of China. Batter piles with a sheet-pile-supported platform bulkhead structure were first used as a new shore-connecting structure to connect the front main wharf structure and the back land. Large-diameter sand columns were also used to reinforce the soft foundation of the shore-connecting structure in the deep water of the open sea. A 3D nonlinear FEM model based on real geological conditions was built to optimize the large-diameter sand columns’ reinforcing scheme and investigate shore-connecting structures’ mechanical properties under different construction conditions. The replacement ratio of 30%, the bottom elevation of the fourth soil layer, and the soft soil just below and directly adjacent to the shore-connecting structure were determined as optimal replacement ratio, reinforcing depths, and reinforcing area of the large-diameter sand columns reinforcement by assessing the force and deformation of the shore-connecting structure. By numerical computing, the maximum displacement of the supported platform was 11.03 cm, which was close to the measured value; and the piles’ maximum stress, displacement and moments were all smaller than the design strength. These indicated that the shore-connecting structure could remain stable by an optimal sand columns reinforcing scheme.     

直航背景下海峡两岸集装箱港口体系空间结构——基于复杂网络的视角

自1997 年以来,两岸集装箱港口体系在“间接通航”、“试点直航”以及“全面直航”特殊政策的影响下,先后经历了直航萌芽期、直航发展期及直航成熟期三个阶段。以国家交通部发布的台湾海峡两岸集装箱海上运输航线为主干数据,基于复杂网络的分析视角,利用网络分析软件GEPHI和GIS技术,对直航背景下海峡两岸集装箱港口体系空间联系格局、中心性空间分异和区域集散效应的演化特征进行定量测度,并进一步探究两岸集装箱港口体系空间结构演化的动力机制。结果表明：① 两岸集装箱港口体系空间结构总体呈现“特定转运港集中—枢纽港集中—区域网络化发展”的三阶段演变过程,主要表现为航线联系范围的扩大和干线权重的减弱,中心性功能在枢纽港弱化、在次级港口增强,以及新兴小型港口呈现“小世界”区域集聚的现象,体现了重要的复杂网络特性。② 两岸直航前,港口区域集聚性主要分布于珠三角及环渤海地区,两岸直航后,区域集聚现象主要分布于珠三角地区与海峡西岸经济区。③ 两岸航运网络的空间演化机制受制度、市场及技术三方面因素共同驱动,特殊的通航政策是港口体系形 成、演化的重要社会制度环境,两岸经贸联系和ECFA的全面推进在很大程度上重塑了中国沿海四大经济区主要港口与台湾港口间的航运联系,而基于技术革新的港口竞争机制影响了两岸航运企业的航线配置。

GPS接收机与PC机间串口通信的实现

简要介绍了当前流行的几种串口通信程序开发模式以及GPS接收机广泛采用的NMEA0183通信协议，设计了串口通信类CSerialPortGPS，该类能够实现GPS接收机与Pc机问的串口通信，并且能够对遵循NMEA0183协议的GPS数据进行数据校验和数据提取，并成功地将该类应用到了车载定位导航系统的开发中。     

Three-Dimensional Model Test for Port Engineering with Multi-Directional Waves

-The necessity of using irregular waves, especially multi- directional waves to conduct three-dimensional model tests for port engineering and the test method are described in this paper through an example of model test for a port. The test results show that a deep navigation channel has a large effect on the waves in front of the breakwater near the port entrance and on the wave condition in the port.

本文推荐 的SDI－12通讯标准是近五年来欧美国家在环境监测中广泛使用的一种串行数据通讯接口协议，在该协议支持下，只要通过一根三芯电缆，即可把一台数据采记录器与多台现场多要素检测仪联系起来，且具有远距离传送，全天候防护和节省经费的优点。     

青岛港外航道开挖区海床演变趋势分析

采用不同年代的水深图和物质来源测量资料,研究了青岛港外航道开挖区的海床演变情况。分别利用等深线、区域地形及海底地形剖面来对比水深地形变化,研究开挖区的地形冲淤变化,结果表明拟开挖航道区近70 a来,其海床演变主趋势为轻微侵蚀,而其南北两侧的邻近海域海底地形变化则既有局部侵蚀又有局部淤积;通过外航道开挖区域11个观测点测量的有关水流、底沙粒径等数据计算分析,得到其开挖后淤积厚度在0.453~4.149 cm/a之间。青岛港外航道开挖区年平均回淤速率不大,适合扩建。     

韩国海岸港口工程概况

简要介绍了韩国海岸和海洋环境、港口发展、海岸和港口工程的有关机构和团体，并综述其近年来海岸动力方面研究的课题和成果。内容包括海洋动力因素、海岸波浪观测和设计波浪的确定、波浪的传播变形、不规则波理论、非线性波和波浪破碎、波浪与建筑物相互作用、泥沙运动、海岸演变和环境影响分析等方面。
