库区塌岸空间信息管理系统构建

以ArcGIS为平台，扩展其专业功能，建立一套集库区塌岸预测与防治有关的基本信息采集、信息管理、预测评价，以及塌岸防治工程决策于一体的“库区塌岸信息管理系统及防治决策支持系统”。建立起库区各数据库和各库岸段的塌岸模式数据库，结合典型塌岸防治实例、专家经验、专家知识，建立塌岸防治决策支持系统，为库区塌岸防治工程的宏观决策提供技术支撑，同时也可对重大灾情进行及时预警预报提供数据支撑。     

Design of backfilled thin-seam coal pillars using earth pressure theory

In underground coal mining any increase in coal recovery rate is dependent on a decrease in pillar size. Backfilling is one way of reducing the required size of pillars and hence the volume of coal left underground. Therefore any comparisons made between a self-supported mine layout and backfill supported mine layout are based directly on pillar design. The most effective way to examine the effect of backfill on pillar support, and subsequently the rate of recovery, would be to incorporate the mechanisms of backfill support directly into the current design procedure for coal pillars. This paper presents a review of the mechanics of backfill support, a method of estimating the magnitude of that support based on earth pressure theory, and an example that incorporates backfill support into current coal pillar design.     

复杂环境条件下深基坑综合支护措施的应用

北京某交易中心一期基坑工程属大型深基坑工程，各种地下管线和地上建(构)筑物复杂，介绍了针对其复杂环境条件的综合支护措施的设计思路与实际应用效果。     

基于典型相关分析的变化检测中变化阈值的确定

以东营市为例 ,把基于典型相关分析的方法运用于多时相遥感影像的变化检测中。对于变化阈值的确定 ,采用了一种基于贝叶斯理论的最小错误率的方法。这种方法实质上是一种非监督分类的方法 ,即不需要地面实况数据或其它先验知识 ,直接对典型相关处理后的差值图像进行分析计算得到阈值 ,使变化检测的错误率达到最小。实验结果证明了这种方法的有效性。     

土地利用动态管理系统研发中的若干问题研究

土地利用管理是土地管理的核心内容之一。土地利用动态变化加剧了土地管理的压力，建设具有辅助决策功能的土地利用动态信息系统是大势所趋。本文在阐述建设此系统的重要意义基础上，讨论了系统研发中几个关键问题，即“动态”管理的实现、空间数据和属性数据集成管理和决策的初步实现等。本文提出的解决方法，对于类似土地信息系统的建设具有普遍的指导意义。     

浅埋暗挖技术在南平市天台隧道工程施工中的应用

主要介绍了在Ⅱ、Ⅲ类围岩中施工城市浅埋隧道的施工技术，以“短开挖、快封闭、强支护、勤量测”为指导，将隧道分成上、下两个台阶进行开挖，及时进行初期支护，保证施工始终处于安全状态。     

西藏直孔水电站大坝混凝土防渗墙超前支护成槽试验研究及施工

在西藏直孔水电站松散砂卵石地层混凝土防渗墙成槽施工中，结合坝基水文地质及工程地质特点，创造性地提出了超前支护成槽方案，通过三维应力模拟和渗透试验，结合现场生产试验，对原方案更进一步完善，在施工中加以应用获得了成功。
