泌阳凹陷毕店地区核三段湖底扇与重力流沉积

毕店地区处于泌阳凹陷中部,属于深水沉积区,含砂率多数在20%.该区核桃园组三段Ⅲ～Ⅵ砂组可识别出湖泊相和湖底扇相,具有较为典型的重力流沉积特征.在取心井段中可寻找到液化流、滑塌、拉裂与掉落岩块的滑动证据;此外,发育砂纹层理、泄水沟构造及渫状构造,后二者见于鲍玛序列C段,它们和砂纹层理伴生,这些岩块的上下层均为鲍玛BE段组合的浊积岩所构成的平整岩层.层拉平的地震剖面也表明核三段Ⅳ砂组中的平行、亚平行地震相之间夹有透镜状或波状、眼球状反射结构,平行、亚平行反射解释为深水背景泥沉积,而波状与眼球状反射为典型的湖底扇.     

岩石破坏前后曲线分类及脆-延转换围压研究——蚀变岩常规三轴压缩试验Ⅰ

蚀变岩是工程中少见的软弱岩类,在西南某重大水电工程中,蚀变岩处于工程的重要部位,为保证工程的长期稳定性,对蚀变岩力学特性进行了深入全面的试验研究.通过对孔隙度不同的饱水蚀变岩进行系统的常规三轴压缩试验和总结分析,提出了蚀变岩三轴压缩下破坏前应力.应变曲线可分为3大类,破坏后应力-应变曲线亦可分为3大类的形态模式.并得出结论:蚀变岩的破坏类型受围压与孔隙度的共同影响,在给定的12 MPa围压下蚀变岩以脆性破坏为主,只有孔隙度大于16%且围压大于4 MPa时才有可能进入脆-延转换状态,且脆-延转换围压随孔隙度增加而降低,临界状态应力比随孔隙度增大而增加.     

Effect of Cyclic Loading Frequency on Undrained Behaviors of Undisturbed Marine Clay

Based on a series of cyclic triaxial tests, the effect of cyclic frequency on the undrained behaviors of undisturbed marine clay is investigated. For a given dynamic stress ratio, the accumulated pore water pressure and dynamic strain increase with the number of cycles. There exists a threshold value for beth the accumulated pore water pressure and dynamic strain, below which the effect of cyclic frequency is very small, but above which the accumulated pore water pressure and dynamic strain increase intensely with the decrease of cyclic frequency for a given number of cycles. The dynamic strength increases with the increase of cyclic frequency, whereas the effect of cyclic frequency on it gradually diminishes to zero when the number of cycles is large enough, and the dynamic strengths at different frequencies tend to the same limiting minimum dynamic strength. The test results demonstrate that the reasons for the frequency effect on the undrained soil behaviors are beth the creep effect induced by the loading rate and the decrease of sample effective confining pressure caused by the accumulated pore water pressure.     

不饱和古罗糖醛酸三糖和甘露糖醛酸三糖的结构表征

以双功能褐藻胶裂解酶 (Pseudoalteromonas sp.strain No. 2 72 )分别降解均聚古罗糖醛酸(PG)和均聚甘露糖醛酸 (PM) ,经 Bio- Gel- P6和 POROS- HQ2 0分离得到 2种三糖纯品 ,经 ESI- MS,1 H- NMR,1 3 C- NMR,1 H- 1 H COSY,1 H- 1 3 C HMQC确定其结构为 Δ4,5-古罗糖醛酸 - α(1→ 4 ) - L-古罗糖醛酸 -α(1→ 4 ) - L -古罗糖醛酸 (简写为Δ GG)和Δ4,5-甘露糖醛酸 -β (1→ 4 ) - D-甘露糖醛酸 -β (1→ 4 ) - D-甘露糖醛酸 (ΔMM) ,为进一步从事构效关系研究提供结构信息。     

广东三水盆地晚自垩世—始新世古地磁研究及构造意义

对广东三水盆地上白垩统三水组、大　山组、古新统莘庄组及始新统　心组、宝月组的系统的古地磁研究结果表明：（１）旋转运动是该区构造运动的主要形式，顺时针旋转盆地拉张发育，这时针旋转盆地挤压衰亡，发育的程度与旋转角度有关；（２）始新世该区旋转方向由顺时针旋转变为道时针旋转，对应于太平洋－库拉板块对欧亚板块作用方向的改变，说明三水盆地的形成发育与太平洋－库拉板块对欧亚板块的作用密切相关；（３）三水盆地所在的华南地块从晚白垩世至始新世在纬向上不存在明显的运动，一直停留在略低于现今纬度的位置上。     

三疣梭子蟹全人工工厂化育苗技术

2000年笔者在日照市水产研究所利用1450m^3水进行梭子蟹全人工工厂化育苗生产，共出Ⅱ-Ⅲ期幼蟹512．7万只，创造了出苗量为3500只／m^3，总产值为150多万元的直接经济效益，同时对幼体培育的密度进行了初步试验，结果表明：从Z1至M期幼体培育密度10－15万／m^3为宜，M期以后密度以0．8－1．5万／m^3为宜。     

Distribution characteristics of zooplankton biomass in the East China Sea

On the basis of the data of oceanographic survey in the East China Sea in four seasons during 1997-2000 (23°30'~33°00'N, 118°30'-128°E), the variation of total biomass and diet biomass of zooplankton and their spatial-temporal distribution and relationship with the fishing ground of Engraulis japonicus are approached and analyzed. The results show that the average biomass is 65.32 mg/m3 in four seasons, autumn (86.18 mg/m3) being greater than summer (69.18 mg/m3) greater than spring (55.67 mg/m3) greater than winter (50.33 mg/m3). The average value of diet zooplankton biomass is 40.9 mg/m3. The trends of horizontal distribution both in the total biomass and the diet biomass of zooplankton are similar. The high biomass region (250-500 mg/m3) is very limited, only accounting for 1% of the investigation area. Seasonal variation of the biomass is very remarkable in the west and north parts of East China Sea coastal waters ( 29°30'N,125°E). 三疣梭子蟹消化酶的初步研究

开发研制配合饲料,以酶学分析方法研究了温度、pH对三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)中肠腺3种主要消化酶(蛋白酶、淀粉酶和纤维素酶)活性的影响及消化酶(蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶、羧肽酶A、羧肽酶B、淀粉酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶)在胃、中肠腺、肠道中的活性分布。结果表明:蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶的最适温度分别为55℃,55℃,65℃;蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶的最适pH分别为7~8,7.5,4.8;蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶在短时间内有很高的热稳定性及很广的酸碱稳定性范围。蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、羧肽酶A、羧肽酶B活性均以中肠腺最高,胃和肠道中没有测出胰凝乳蛋白酶活性;淀粉酶活性在胃、中肠腺、肠道中差别不大;纤维素酶和脂肪酶活性在胃和肠道高于中肠腺。
