基于Silverlight的水行政移动执法系统设计与实现

针对当前水行政执法管理的需求及系统现状,以面向对象的设计方法,恪守＂高内聚、紧耦合＂的设计原则,采用组件化、参数化、模式化、集成化等先进构造思想,充分利用Silverlight、WebGIS、工作流、数据库、规则库、物联网、GPS等技术,采用成熟的组件和模块,构建灵活、健壮、高效、稳定的水行政移动执法系统,为提升水行政执法效率和质量提供了有力的技术和平台支撑。     

A method for averaging the perturbing function in Hill’s problem

A modified method for averaging the perturbing function in Hill’s problem is suggested. The averaging is performed in the revolution period of the satellite over the mean anomaly of its motion with a full allowance for a variation in the position of the perturbing body. At its fixed position, the semimajor axis of the satellite orbit during the revolution of the satellite is constant in view of the evolution equations, while the remaining orbital elements undergo secular and long-period perturbations. Therefore, when the motion of the perturbing body is taken into account, the semimajor axis of the satellite orbit undergoes the strongest perturbations. The suggested approach generalizes the averaging method in which only the linear (in time) term is included in the perturbing function. This method requires no expansion in powers of time. The described method is illustrated by calculating the perturbations of the semimajor axes for two distant satellites of Saturn, S/2000 S 1 and S/2000 S5. An approximate analytic solution is compared with the results of numerical integration of the averaged system of equations of motion for these satellites.     

恒星脉泽源的IRAS观测结果和分析

本文利用红外天文卫星(IRAS)点源表(PSC)及低分辨率光谱表(LRS)的资料,较为系统地讨论了各种恒星脉泽源在中远红外颜色及光谱的特征,并结合其空间分布,物理性质和演化状态探讨了产生这些特征的原因。     

基于周期项参数模型的GPS流动观测改正方法研究

利用GPS流动观测站200 km范围内站点的连续观测时间序列提高GPS流动观测的定位精度,探讨GPS流动观测结果的可靠性。结果表明：1）流动观测站点速度测量值与连续观测结果差值标准差在改正后平均减小37.97%;2）TAIN、CASH两个站点的同址观测实测值改正后偏离值平均减小38.9%。     

山东金青顶金矿床Ⅱ号矿体成矿特征

金青顶金矿床Ⅱ号矿体位于胶东隆起南缘,牟平乳山金成矿带中部,是目前该成矿带上最大的石英脉型金矿床。单个矿体延深之大,厚度、品位变化之稳定,且易采易选,这在胶东东部地区乃至全国尤为罕见。     

威海市城市垃圾填埋场选址地质环境适宜性评价

威海是"最适宜人类居住的地方",但随着城市建设的快速发展,城市垃圾产生量不断增加,垃圾填埋场选址问题亟待解决。以威海市环翠区为研究对象,综合考虑地形地貌、土地利用规划、交通、水利规划、气象、地质、水文地质、工程地质、环境地质等多方面因素及经济效益和环境效益,从地质环境角度出发,选取5个层次共15个评价因子,采用层次—网格法进行了垃圾填埋场选址区划分析研究,划分出垃圾可填埋区、限制填埋区、禁止填埋区。并在限制填埋区和可填埋区,进一步优选出几个垃圾填埋场地的首选场址,可供规划、设计部门参考。     

回归直线的拟合度

采用模糊数学的方法研究回归直线与实测点的拟合度，提出回归直线的似合度，给出计算回归直线拟合度的方法。     

On the feasibility of using a lake water balance model to infer rainfall: an example from Lake Victoria

Abstract

A water balance model of Lake Victoria that can be used to assess rainfall from lake level, is derived. The model utilizes satellite estimates of rainfall directly over the lake. The model, initially derived and calibrated for the period 1956–1978, is reformulated here in such a way that all water balance terms except evaporation can be calculated from a combination of catchment rainfall and level of the lake. The reformulated model is validated and used to predict lake level fluctuations during the period 1931–1994. An error analysis is also performed. The model is then “inverted” to solve for mean rainfall conditions during various intervals of changing lake levels. For modern periods with known rainfall conditions, the error in model estimates is of the order of 1%.     

Development of generalized integral index for estimating complex impact of major factors of winter runoff formation

Considered is a method of using the generalized integral index for the complex taking account of major factors of the winter runoff formation. An expert-statistical regression model is proposed and a method is worked out of optimizing the selection of its coefficients objectively taking account of the degree of the impact of each factor.
