采用机械法、酶消化法和灌注冷消化结合机械法对孔鳐胰脏细胞进行分散,并以台盼蓝染色法测定活细胞率,评价细胞分散后的生长状态.在细胞分散后对孔鳐胰脏细胞用腺病毒载体和阳离子多聚物进行外源基因的转染.实验结果表明,灌注冷消化结合机械法可以获得较高的活细胞率,胰脏细胞可以正常生长并表达外源基因.  相似文献

1998年7月从寻山水产集团公司养鱼场养殖的石鲽鱼病鱼肠道中分离到多株细菌,经人工感染试验证明其中1株为致病菌。该菌株为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,无动力,32℃以上不生长。氧化酶阳性。发酵葡萄糖产酸不产气。经BIOLOG MICROSTATION SYSTEM鉴定为鸭瘟巴斯德氏菌(Pasteurella anatipestifer)。药敏试验表明,该菌株对呋喃唑酮、呋喃妥因、氟哌酸、丁胺卡那和环丙沙星敏感。  相似文献

The analytical method (AM) for separation of composite waves is presented based on the Hilbert transform. It is ap-plicable to both regular and irregular trains of waves. The wave data series measured with two wave gauges in the experi-ments are separated into two series of incident and reflected waves. Then, the reflection coefficient can be easily ob-tained. The arrival of reflected waves can also be detected for improveraent of the accuracy of the reflection coefficient. The reflection performance of the physical model can be estimated exactly without calculation of wave height and phase difference. Numerical samples developed to test the method are proved to be accurate. Physical experiments are conduct-ed and compared with Goda s method and satisfactory results are obtained.  相似文献

The algorithms of extracting chlorophyll-a(Chl-a) concentration have been established for Chinese moderate resolution imaging spectrometer(CMODIS) mounted on Shenzhou-3 spaceship launched on 25 March 2002.The CMODIS is an ocean color sensor with 30 visible channels and 4 infrared channels,much different from other ocean color satellites and needs new algorithms to process data.Three models of Chl-a concentration were established based on Chl-a data retrieved from sea-viewing wide field-of-view sensor(SeaWiFS),with the average relative errors of 26.6%,24%.0% and 33.5%,respectively.This practical and economic approach can be used for developing the algorithms of Chinese ocean color and temperature sensor(COCTS) on the satellite Haiyang-1 to derive the Chl-a concentration concentration distribution.The applicability of the algorithms was analyzed using some in situ measurements.Suspended sediment is the main factor influencing the accuracy of the spectral ratio algorithms of Chl-a concentration.The algorithms are suitable to using in the regions where suspended sediment concentrations(SSC) are less than 5 g/m3 under the condition of relative error of Chl-a concentration retrieval within 35%.High concentration of suspended sediment leads to the overestimate remote sensing retrieval of concentration of Chl-a,while low-middle SSCs lead to the low Chl-a concentration values using the spectral ratio algorithms.Since the accuracy of Chl-a concentration by the spectral ratio algorithms is limited to waters of Case 2,it is necessary to develop semi-analytical models to improve the performance of satellite ocean color remote sensing in turbid coastal waters.  相似文献

-In previous and this studies it appears that the linear and nonlinear wave theory can notaccurately and easily predict the water particle velocities.Therefore,different from the theoretical consider-ations,in this study we have attempted to determine the transfer function empirically.Laboratory experi-ments were performed under various wave conditions.The empirical formulas of the transfer function ofthe wave height,angular frequency and water particle velocity were obtained on the basis of these test databy dimensional analysis and regression analysis.In intermediate and deep water depth conditions,thetransfer function was only a function of a nondimensional parameter which is composed of the angular fre-quency,the depth of the velocity gauge under the still water level,water depth and the acceleration of grav-ity.Finally,the empirical formulas were compared with experimental data and observational data formpresent and Cavaleri's(1978)studies.The empirical formulas were found to be in sufficient correl  相似文献

Two mathematical models for combined refraction-diffraction of regular and irregular waves on non-uniform current in water of slowly varying topography are presented in this paper. Model I is derived by wave theory and variational principle separately. It has two kinds of expressions including the dissipation term. Model n is based on the energy conservation equation with energy flux through the wave crest lines in orthogonal curvilinear coordinates and the wave kinematic conservation equation. 本文报道了金属离子对凡纳对虾N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (EC3. 2. 1. 52)活力的影响.结果表明,Li 、Na 和K 等对该酶活力没有任何效应.Ca2 、Mg2 、Mn2 对该酶有激活作用,而Ba2 、Al3 、Fe3 、Zn2 、Co2 、Cd2 、Hg2 、Pb2 和Cu2 对该酶活力均具有一定的抑制作用.以Hg2 的抑制作用最显著,Hg2 含量为 1. 5mmol/dm3 时可使酶活力完全丧失.进一步研究Zn2 的抑制作用动力学,结果表明:Zn2 对该酶的抑制作用属可逆的非竞争性类型,抑制常数为11. 95mmol/dm3.  相似文献

Nonlinear Static Finite Element Stress Analysis of Pipe-in-Pipe Risers   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
Owing to the complexity of the pipe-in-pipe (PIP) riser system in structure, load and restraint, many problems arise in the structural analysis of the system. This paper presents a new method for nonlinear static finite element stress analysis of the PIP riser system. The finite element (FE) model of the PIP riser system is built via software AutoPIPE 6.1. According to the specialties of a variety of components in the PIP riser system, different elements are used so as to model the system accurately. Allowing for the complication in modeling the effects of seabed restraint, a technique based on the bilinear spring concept is developed to calculate the soil properties. Then, based on a pipeline project, the entire procedure of stress analysis is discussed in detail, including creation of an FE model, processing of input data and analysis of results. A wide range of loading schemes is investigated to ascertain that the stresses remain within the acceptable range of the pipe material strength. Finally, the effects of the location of flanges, the thermal expansion of submarine pipelines and the seabed restraint on stress distribution in the riser and expansion loop are studied, which are valuable for pipeline designers.  相似文献
