怀来地震台定点形变观测转折异常的调查与分析

2020年3月12日河北省怀来地震台伸缩仪、水管仪、垂直摆和水平摆同步出现快速转折破年变的变化,针对这些异常,从观测和供电系统、洞室环境、气象因素等方面开展现场实地调查与异常核实工作.通过对观测环境的勘查,发现3月10日在观测山洞西侧约80 m处,原有的2排平房因拆迁被拆除.应用点载荷模型对拆迁房屋引起的形变理论值进行...     

Numerical Simulation on Oscillation-Sliding-Uplift Rock Coupled Motion of Caisson Breakwater Under Wave Excitation

Corresponding to the sliding and the overturning failure, the elementary motion modes of caisson breakwater include the horizontal-rotational oscillation coupled motion, the horizontal sliding-rotational oscillation coupled motion, the horizontal vibrating-uplift rocking coupled motion, and the horizontal sliding-uplift rocking coupled motion. The motion mode of a caisson will transform from one to another depending on the wave forces and the motion behaviors of the caisson. The numerical models of four motion modes of caisson are developed, and the numerical simulation procedure for joint motion process of various modes of caisson breakwater under wave excitation is presented and tested by a physical model experiment . It is concluded that the simulation procedure is reliable and can be applied to the dynamic stability analysis of caisson breakwaters.     

用RAPD方法对不同色三疣梭子蟹的分析

为寻找三疣梭子蟹体色相关的分子标记,本文用RAPD方法对紫色和茶绿色两种三疣梭子蟹基因组DNA进行体色相关遗传标记的筛选及其遗传多样性分析。从80个随机引物中共筛选了30个重复性好多态性高的引物,RAPD分析结果表明：紫色梭子蟹个体组成的群体多态性位点比例为61.29%,Nei氏基因多样性指数为0.3756,Shannon信息指数为0.5545;茶绿色梭子蟹个体组成的群体多态性位点比例为62.44%,Nei氏基因多样性指数为0.3451,Shannon信息指数为0.5099。紫色和茶绿色三疣梭子蟹之间Nei氏无偏差遗传相似性指数为0.9682,遗传距离为0.0323。这些结果表明,紫色和茶绿色三疣梭子蟹群体的遗传多样性程度接近,具有相似的遗传多样性基础。另外,有2个随机引物（SBSA09和SBSG16）扩增得到群体特异性片段各1条。

环境因子对鳗弧菌生长和胞外蛋白酶表达的影响

鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarum)是一种水产动物的重要致病菌,鳗弧菌分泌的胞外蛋白酶是该菌的致病因子之一.研究了环境因子对鳗弧菌W-1生长及胞外蛋白酶表达的影响.结果表明,鳗弧菌的最适生长温度为28℃,菌体生长量在21 h达到最高,胞外蛋白酶的活力在24 h最高.在37℃培养时,菌体生长和酶活力显著降低;添加葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖等碳源物质均能显著促进菌体的生长,但对于胞外蛋白酶表达有明显抑制作用;1 mmol/L EGTA对茵体的生长和胞外蛋白酶表达没有明显影响,而1 mmol/L的EDTA强烈抑制鳗弧菌的生长及其胞外蛋白酶的表达.添加不同浓度的氨苄青霉素对菌体的生长及其胞外蛋白酶表达有明显的抑制作用.     

小球藻△12脂肪酸去饱和酶基因的克隆与序列分析

利用已报道的△12脂肪酸去饱和酶基因序列的保守区域,设计简并引物,通过RT-PCR的方法获得了小球藻NJ-7的内质网型△12脂肪酸去饱和酶基因(CvFAD2)的部分序列,然后采用RACE的方法分别克隆到5'片段和3'片段,拼接后设计特异引物扩增到全长cDNA.该基因全长为2 032 bp,ORF为1158 bp,编码385个氨基酸,分子质量约为44 ku.根据已经得到的CvFAD2序列推导成氨基酸序列与一些已知物种的FAD2氨基酸序列相比较,同源性分别为普通小球藻(Chlorella vulgaris)75%,莱菌衣藻(Chlamydomonas reinhardtii)57%,石榴(Punica granatum)57%,麻疯树(Jatropha curcas)52%.系统发育分析表明,南极小球藻CvFAD2基因与真核微藻(衣藻和普通小球藻)的FAD2基因聚在一起,介于真菌与高等植物之间,并且真核微藻FAD2基因与高等植物的同源性更高,推测其在进化上与高等植物的亲源关系更近.     

基于Gram Schmidt变换的高光谱遥感图像改进融合方法

遥感图像融合的目的是综合来自不同空间分辨率和光谱分辨率的遥感信息,生成一幅具有新空间和波谱特征的合成图像。针对高光谱图像的特点,对基于Gram Schmidt变换的图像融合方法进行改进,首先采用光谱重采样方法模拟产生Gram Schmidt变换的第一分量,通过Gram Schmidt变换将高光谱图像转换到正交空间,再利用高空间分辨率图像替换Gram Schmidt变换的第一分量,最后通过Gram Schmidt反变换获得融合图像。利用EO1-Hyperion航天高光谱数据与ALI全色波段进行融合试验,发现改进方法可有效提高高光谱遥感图像与全色高分辨率图像的融合质量。     

Property and performance amelioration of pelagic clay from the East Pacific

To make use of the pelagic clay as polymer filling, the properties of clay sediments from the ocean investigation zone of China in the East Pacific were studied by the SSA, XRF, ICP/MAS, FTIR, XRD, SEM, DTA/TG and granularity distributing etc. , and experiments were settled to improve the whiteness and activation of the clay based on these data. Compared with land clay, pelagic clay holds many particular features, such as fine particles and incompact accumulation, worse crystallization and more defects, high activity, complex mineral and chemical components, and low whiteness etc. Processing the purified pelagic clay with acids and zinc, then baked it at different temperatures, the whiteness of clay can be increased from 23.8% to 73.1%, and the optimized conditions is： consistency of vitriol 25%, ratio of clay to water 4： 1, reaction time 4h, reaction temperature 90℃, dosage of zinc 2.0 g/L, and baking temperature 700℃. And the SSA of whited clay is increased too. Using the dry milling method to modify the pelagic clay with organic reagents, the optimized technique is KH550, concentration 1.5%, reaction time 20 min. XRD, FTIR and SEM testing indicate that the mechanism of organic activation was mainly surface absorbing and chemical combination secondly.

钻孔差应变仪观测的苏门答腊大地震激发的地球环型自由振荡

我们率先用钻孔应变仪观测资料研究了地球自由振荡. 泰安地震台有差应变和体应变两种钻孔应变观测仪器,都观测到2004年12月26日苏门答腊大地震激发的地球自由振荡. 体应变仪观测到地球的球型振荡,而差应变仪观测到地球的环型振荡. 两种观测还记录到环型振荡与球型振荡相互的耦合作用. 观测也记录到明显的一些振型的谱线分裂现象. 用直接观测到的高质量的环型振荡资料求解了0T8～0T19等主要振型的Q值. 根据两个方向的剪应变观测数据,求解了环型振荡的最大剪应变方向,发现这个方向是相当稳定的. 这种研究表明,高精度钻孔应变观测仪是一种理想的地壳形变观测仪器,可以为地球自由振荡研究提供更丰富的信息.
